Excellent London Agency Cased Colt House Model “Cloverleaf” Spur Trigger Revolver with Holster, Cartridge Pouch, and Belt - Serial no. 5174, 41 RF cal., 3 inch round bbl., nickel finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1873. The top of the barrel has the standard two-line address, the patent date in the sighting groove, and the chambers of the cylinder and lower left of the barrel have London proofs. The matching serial number is marked on the butt and bottom of the barrel. There is a “C” and Rampant Colt on the left of the trigger spur. Includes an oak case with Colt London Agency interior label, cleaning rod, key, matching leather holster and cartridge pouch, leather belt, and an assortment of what appear to be various .41 RF cartridges (long and short).
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% of the original nickel finish with some light flaking on the bottom of the barrel near the muzzle showing a grey patina. The grips are also very fine with some scattered light handling marks and retaining most of the varnish. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with some scattered minor handling/storage marks. The leather items are also fine with some mild wear and age cracking.
