Scarce SIG AMT Semi-Automatic
Rifle - Serial no. 15978, 7.62
mm (308) cal., 18 3/4 inch round bbl., phosphate/blue finish, walnut stock, plastic grips. A semi-automatic only commercial export model of the Swiss SG-510-4 service rifle, the AMT (American Match Target) was imported in very limited numbers. Originally designed for the harsh conditions of military use in the Swiss Alps, this rifle was also adopted by nations such as
Bolivia and Chile as a designated
marksman rifle. Fitted with a
birdcage flash hider, winged post
front and 600-meter tangent
peep rear sight, and swiveling
bipod mounted at the front of
the ventilated handguard. The
receiver is equipped with a “T”
shaped charging handle and “S/1”
marked two-position selector. Equipped with a ribbed plastic pistol grip, walnut forearm and buttstock, and a ribbed steel buttplate. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original black finish with limited handling marks, a safety drag line, and some light surface marks on the furniture.

Pre-Ban Fabrique Nationale FNC Sporter Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. F.N.019131, 223 Rem cal., 19 inch round bbl., black finish, metal stock. Introduced in 1979 with very few imported to the United States. Fitted with winged post front and dual leaf peep rear sights with flip-up grenade sight. Upper receiver marked with standard FN markings and both Gun South Inc. and Steyr import markings along with a spring loaded dust cover and the right handed “S/1” trigger group on the lower receiver. Includes vented metal and ribbed plastic handguard, two position gas regulator, smooth plastic pistol grip, and folding tubular metal buttstock.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 98% plus original black finish with a few minor handling marks. Furniture is very fine with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
