CONDITION: Very fine with 80% original blue finish, some light thinning, mild cycling and edge wear, distinct and highly detailed master engraving, and light marks. The buttstock is very fine other than the chipped heel and some small chips at the edges of the wrist and has crisp checkering and carving. The forearm is very fine and has crisp carving and mild handling wear. Mechanically excellent. This is a stunning example of fine American firearms engraving and a true work of art.
