Fleming Firearms MP5SD Submachine Gun with Silencer, Class III/NFA
-A) Fleming Firearms MP5SD Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial
no. 3786, 9 mm cal., 6 inch round bbl., matte black finish, synthetic stock. Originally manufactured in Germany
in 1983 and imported by HK Inc. of Chantilly, Virginia, this weapon has been converted by Fleming Firearms
into a selective fire submachine gun in emulation of the “Schalldaempfer” variant of the MP5. Post front and
four-position drum rear sight, with the “ID” date code and model markings on top of the receiver, Fleming
address on the left side under the trigger housing, and standard magazine well markings. The frame has
been shortened and reshaped to accommodate a detachable SD pattern silencer (see Item B), with the barrel
shortened and ported to match, and adjusted to accept “pin” pattern trigger housings and packs, with a
functional paddle release installed. The housing is marked “S/E/F” with functional safe, semi and full positions,
with an unmarked pin-pattern pack and a factory original full auto bolt carrier. With a green canvas sling and
four extra magazines.
CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded to full automatic, with 98% plus factory quality matte black finish,
showing some light scratches and handling marks overall. The stock is in equal condition. Mechanically
excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered
with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
B) Fleming Firearms MP5 SD Silencer, Class III/NFA Silencer - Serial no. 192SD, 9 mm cal., matte black finish. Measuring 12 inches long and 1 5/8 inches wide, with a mesh-filled expansion chamber in the rear and baffles up front. Compatible with A, enclosing the barrel and being partially enclosed in turn by the forearm.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 90% plus refinished matte black finish, showing mild wear and handling marks. NOTE: This Silencer is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479, National Firearms Act.

Qualified Manufacturing Auto Sear in a Heckler & Koch/Vollmer MP5K Host, Class III/NFA -A) Qualified Manufacturing H&K Auto-Sear, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. K364, 9 mm cal., matte gray finish. Manufactured in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, this individually marked and registered auto sear is fitted in a shelf pattern trigger pack, installed in item “B” of this lot. Internals are configured to accept an ambidextrous safety, with “full auto/three-round burst/semi-auto/safe” functionality. CONDITION: Excellent, with light handling marks. Mechanically in fine order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479. B) H&K/Vollmer “MP5” Host Gun, with Accessories - Serial no. 12128, 9 mm cal., 9 inch round bbl., matte black finish, metal stock. Originally manufactured in 1986 as a semi- automatic carbine, this Heckler & Koch has been reworked into an “MP5” marked host gun. One of the most famous submachine guns in the world, the MP5 has been a go-to military and police weapon for decades, giving users full automatic firepower and closed bolt accuracy. Post front and 4-position drum rear sight, with a textured forearm and pistol grip, and a two-position telescoping buttstock. The barrel is marked “IG 4J”, and has a set of mounting lugs near the threaded muzzle. The receiver is in the traditional “shelf ” pattern for semi-auto HKs, with a functional “paddle” magazine catch, the “MP5” nomenclature added to the top, sear number on the right side of the magazine well and Vollmer address on the right side beneath the trigger housing. The trigger housing is fitted with an ambidextrous safety and bears pictographic “full auto/three-round burst/semi-auto/safe” markings, the bolt marked “IA194”, and the “IG” marked semi-automatic bolt carrier welded up for proper engagement with the auto sear. Included with the lot is an extra fixed buttstock, Laser Products weaponlight forearm (marked as being for a Benelli shotgun), clamp-on scope base, and a green web sling. CONDITION: Very fine as reconfigured and upgraded, with 97% plus original matte black finish, showing some light wear and handling marks overall. Furniture is in equal condition, with slightly heavier wear on the extra buttstock. Weaponlight is untested. Mechanically excellent.
