Dovetail blade front sight and elevation buckhorn rear sight on the barrel stamped with the two-line address/patent dates marking ahead of the rear sight and
“44 CAL” at the breech. The cartridge elevator is marked “44 CAL.” The upper tang has the model designation,
and the lower tang has the serial number. The smooth straight grip stock is fitted with a trapdoor crescent buttplate. Comes with a four-piece metal cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 80% plus bright original blue finish on the receiver with the magazine tube thinning to a brown. There is some abrasive marks visible on barrel. 85% original nitre blue remains on the loading gate. 70% original case colors remain on the hammer and lever,
and patterns of original case colors remain on the buttplate. The wood is also very fine showing minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

 Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Takedown Rifle in Desirable .25-35 W.C.F. - Serial no. 880793, 25-35 WCF cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1918, this is an attractive example of a Model 1894 in takedown configuration and chambered in the desirable 25-35 WCF caliber. The rifle is fitted with a dovetail blade front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight with unfilled threaded hole for tang sight. The rifle has standard Winchester markings including the Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Mounted on plain walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Extremely fine, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with streaking of finish and chemical spots visible on barrel, numerous scratches on the receiver and buttplate, and high edge wear. The refinished wood is fine with a compression on the buttstock (right side) and a few deep scratches on the forearm, otherwise some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action .25-20 WCF Rifle - Serial no. 239359, 25-20 WCF cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1904 in desirable .25-20 WCF caliber. The rifle has a Lyman blade front sight (bead absent), elevation adjustable rear sight, Marble folding tang peep sight, and top of the barrel stamped with the two-line Winchester legend ahead of the rear sight and “25-20 WCF” at the breech. Mounted on a plain walnut forearm and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Fine, retaining 60% plus original blue finish with a smooth brown-gray patina on the balance. Traces of original nitre blue remain on the loading gate. 40% original case colors remain on the hammer and lever. Faded patterns of original case colors remain on the buttplate. The wood is also fine with minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
