Factory Game Scene Engraved Gebruder Merkel Boxlock Over/Under Combination Gun with Zeiss Scope and Case - Serial no. 100985, 16/7x57 R gauge, 23 5/8 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Beaded blade front sight, flip-up rear sight, and a pair of German style claw mounts holding a Zeiss Diavari-ZM 1.5-6x42mm T* scope on the matted solid rib, engraving at the breech area, 1975 dated German proofs, and chambers with ejectors. The shotgun barrel has a 2 3/4 inch chamber and choke constriction of .036 inches. The coin action displays scroll engraving surrounding a red stag and hind on the left and a covey of pheasants on the right. The gun features dual
triggers (front is single set), cocking indicators, and a tang mounted safety. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered three-piece forend and pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, black grip cap, and rubber recoil pad. Includes a factory takedown case. Length of pull 14 5/8 inches. Weight 8 lbs. 15 oz. (with scope). CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with minor handling evidence, some dried grease on the action, and sharp checkering on the wood. Scope optics are sharp. Factory Engraved and Gold Inlaid Krieghoff Trumpf Drilling with Zeiss Scope and Case - Serial no. 84400, 16/243 gauge, 25 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin/gold finish, walnut stock. Built with blued Bohler steel barrels featuring a blade front sight, flip-up rear sight, and a set of German style claw mounts holding a Zeiss Diatal-Z 6x42mm scope on the matted solid rib, bands of engraving at the breech, import mark under forend, 1984 dated German proofs,
and chambers with extractors. The 16 gauge barrels have 2 3/4 inch chambers and choke constrictions of .020/.031 inches. The barrels are mated to a coin finished action
which displays scroll engraving around a “KRIEGHOFF TRUMPF” banner on the underside as well as a pair of gold inlaid game scenes depicting a deer in a forested area on the left and a fox on a hillside on the right. The
gun features bushed firing pins, double triggers (front single set), shotgun cocking indicators, tang mounted safety, and a manual cocking piece for the rifle on the tang. The gun is fitted with a nicely figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and a pistol grip stock with a silver medallion featuring a rabbit at the pistol grip, raised cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and a Pachmayr White-Line recoil pad. Includes a wood and leather
takedown case. Length of pull 14 3/8 inches. Weight 8 lbs. 11 oz. (with scope). CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue, coin, and gold finishes with minor handling evidence, some slight overrun of the gold, and minor handling evidence. There is a chip at the pistol grip, otherwise the wood is very

The 16 gauge barrel has a 2 3/4 inch chamber and a choke constriction of .026 inches. The barrels are mated to a casehardened sidelock action which displays floral and scroll engraving surrounding a running roe buck and doe on the left and a roaring red
