The walnut full stock of characteristic form is heightened with inlaid panels of alternating bone and dark horn,
a large dark horn forearm cap with bone inlays, four shaped mother-of-pearl inlays to the butt, and a horn buttplate with iron button. The iron mounts comprise of a chiseled scrollwork and monster head side plate and finger groove trigger guard with the bow chiseled en suite with the barrel, a pierced urn and foliage finial, and the rear support of the trigger-guard in the form of a wild man. The iron trigger plate is chiseled with a further humanoid figure. With ramrod.
