CONDITION: Exceptionally fine with crisp engraving, 75% plus original silver plating remaining, mostly bright silver on the left, darker patina from resting in the case on the cylinder and right side, and mild overall
wear. The grip is fine and has attractive figure, smooth finish,
a few light scratches, and minor edge wear. The timing is off; otherwise, mechanically fine.
The case and accessories are very good and have light age and storage related wear. Overall, this
is a very attractive cased London
‘49 Pocket with beautiful factory engraving from one of Colt’s
English engravers. While the identity of “E.M.W.” is unknown, they must have been very proud to own this extraordinary Colt revolver. Estimate: 25,000 - 37,500
