bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. As described in “A”. Included is a factory aluminum takedown
case which contains six extra Teague choke tubes (.000, .005, and .010 for steel shot and .015,
.020, and .025 for lead shot), Purdey sleeve, Purdey cloth, and a Purdey passport. Barrel and stock
measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both proofed and measured at
14.0mm (.551 inches); minimum wall thickness .037/.035 inches; 1 5/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/16
inch drop at heel; 15 3/4 inch length of pull; slight cast-off; weight 6 lbs. 6 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with minimal
handling evidence, a couple areas of slight oil loss on the stock, and sharp checkering on the stock
and forend. Mechanically excellent. The case is also excellent.
