Colt Second Generation Single
Action Army Revolver with
Stagecoach Box - Serial no.
63920SA, 45 Long Colt cal., 7
1/2 inch round bbl., nickel finish,
walnut grips. Manufactured in
1972. Has the standard barrel and
frame markings. The trigger guard
has the Colt triangle proof on the
left side and a “K” on the right side.
The frame, cylinder and grip straps
all have matching numbers with
the assembly number “223” on the
loading gate. Fitted with a set of
smooth walnut grips that are numbered to the gun. With factory stagecoach box and an extra set of synthetic pearl grips with gold Colt
medallions.
CONDITION: Excellent plus, 99% original nickel finish with only a few collector type handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent. Box is
fine overall.

Colt Second Generation Single Action Army Revolver
with Stagecoach Box - Serial no. 46561SA, 45 Long Colt cal.,
5 1/2 inch round bbl., nickel finish, walnut grips. Manufactured
in 1968. Standard barrel and frame markings with the trigger
guard having the Colt triangle proof and “V” on the left side
and a “K” on the right. The numbers on the frame, cylinder and
both grip straps are matching. The assembly number “85” is on
the loading gate. Fitted with a set of smooth walnut grips that
are numbered to the gun. With factory stagecoach box with
papers included.
CONDITION: Excellent with 99% original nickel finish with only
a few collector type handling marks and a very slight drag line
on the cylinder. Both grips are also excellent with a few marks.
Mechanically excellent. The box is fine overall.

LOT 3201
Colt Second Generation Single Action Army Revolver
with Stagecoach Box - Serial no. 43509SA, 45 Long Colt
cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, hard
rubber grips. Manufactured in 1966. The top of the barrel
is marked with the single line address, and the left side is
marked “COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY 45”. The left side of
the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates
and the Rampant Colt. Matching serial numbers on the
bottom frame and left side of grip straps under the grip.
Fitted with hard rubber grips with circled Rampant Colt
numbered to gun. Factory stagecoach box with papers
included.
CONDITION: Excellent. The barrel, cylinder, and grip strap
retain 98% original blue finish with slight muzzle wear and
cylinder drag line. The frame retains 98% plus original case
colors with only the slightest handling marks. The grips are
good with a couple chips near the bottom (right panel).
Overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is
good with a few areas of staining on the bottom and some
minor wear.

Production Colt Buntline
Special Single Action Army
Revolver with Original Black
Box - Serial no. 18285SA, 45 Long Colt cal., 12 inch
round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut grips.
Manufactured in 1957, the first year of production
for the Buntline Special revolver. Colt manufactured
approximately 3,900 of these Buntline Specials from
1957 to 1975. Standard one line address on top of the barrel and “COLT
BUNTLINE SPECIAL .45” on the left side. The bottom of the barrel is marked
with the stock number “BB598” just ahead of the cylinder pin. Two line, three
patent date marking on the left side of the frame followed by the Rampant Colt.
The matching serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame and on the left side of the grip straps under the grips. The matching assembly number “517” is marked on the right side rear of the frame and on the loading gate.
Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, casehardened frame, blue on the remaining parts and fitted with smooth two-piece walnut grips. Complete with the original black hinged lid box numbered to the gun. In the box
are the manual and “Handling the Handgun” brochure.
CONDITION: Excellent plus. The revolver retains 99% plus original blue and casehardened finish showing a few light handling/storage marks. The grips are also excellent with some minor handling marks and dings. The markings are
sharp. Mechanically excellent. The box is excellent showing some contact wear on the interior.
