Manufactured in 1939. Features
blade front and notch rear sights,
“1939” date on the chamber, “42”
code on the toggle link, “eagle/63”
proofs on the extension and barrel,
and “eagle/swastika” firing proofs
on the barrel, extension, and breech
block. Matching serial numbers on
the frame, barrel and
extension,
along with
matching “24”
partials on
small parts.
Fitted with a pair of
checkered walnut grips with
matching “24” partials on the interiors and a blued magazine with
matching numbered alloy base marked “+” and “eagle/63” proofed. Includes a
“1937” dated, drooped wing “eagle/WaA185” proofed, and “R.EHRHARDT/POESSNECK” marked brown
leather flap holster and a takedown tool.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 95% original blue finish with some minor holster pattern edge wear,
minor thinning on the extension revealing some brown patina, plum coloration to the barrel and
extension, and otherwise limited mild handling marks. The grips are also excellent with some minor
handling marks in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good
with minor cracking but otherwise supple leather.

Scarce Late World
War II German Walther “ac 45” Code Zero
Series P.38 Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial
no. 026984, 9 mm Luger cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue
finish, composite grips. From January 1945 production,
manufactured using non-standard P.38 components,
including Model HP and formerly redirected parts, with an
estimated production total of less than 2,000 as described on page 189 of
Warren H. Buxton’s “ The P.38 Pistol: Volume Two.” Features fixed blade front
and notch rear sights, “ac 45” production code on the left side of slide with
“eagle/swastika” and “eagle/359” proofs on the right, along with additional
“eagle/359” proofs present on the locking block along with a “six point star”.
Matching serial numbers found on the barrel, upper right side of the slide, and
frame, with a matching “984” partial on the locking block. Fitted with a pair
of ribbed Bakelite grips marked “P/1529” on the
interiors and an “eagle/WaA706” proofed, “jvd”
code, and “P.38” marked blued magazine with
un-numbered base.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original
late war blue finish with some minor thinning on
the plum colored frame, some minor freckling
spotting, and some limited minor handling
marks. The metal on the forward lower portion of
the frame is pitted under the finish due to poor
quality metal typical of “last ditch” production. The grips are also excellent with attractive composite
patterning in the right panel. Mechanically excellent.

Very Fine Late World War II German Mauser
“SVW/45” Code P.38 Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 3607e, 9 mm Luger cal., 5 inch
round bbl., grey phosphate/blue finish, plastic
grips. Manufactured circa February-March 1945, with a late-war grey
phosphate finish on a majority of the components except the blued
barrel. Features fixed blade front and notch rear sights, “SVW/45” code on the
left of the side along with “eagle/swastika” and dual “eagle/WaA135” proofs on the
right, “eagle/WaA135” proof on the left of the frame, along with “eagle/WaA135”
and “eagle/swastika” proofs on the barrel and locking block. Matching serial
numbers present on the frame, slide, barrel, and locking block. Fitted with a pair of ribbed brown
composite grips marked “1W/MD/41” on the interiors along with a “jvd” code, “eagle/359” proofed, and
“P38/U” marked phosphate finished magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 80% plus original grey phosphate and 90% plus blue finishes with
some minor edge wear, plum coloration to the barrel, some minor spotting/freckling, dried grease,
and some mild handling wear. The grips are fine with minor handling marks and a warped right panel.
Mechanically excellent.

Exceptional Austrian Police Marked Fabrique
Nationale “E” Prefix Model 1935 High-Power
Semi-Automatic Pistol with Two Matching
Unit Marked Magazines - Serial no. E08908, 9
mm Luger cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in
Belgium after World War II, and unlike many Austrian Police contract pistols, within
an “E” prefix serial range. Features fixed serrated blade front and notch rear sights,
standard FN manufacturer’s marking and Browning patent roll marked on the left
of the slide, importer mark on the bottom of the grip frame, and matching serial numbers on the
right side of the slide and frame, as well as the left of the barrel. The barrel, slide and frame also bear
“star/M” and “lion/PV” Belgian proofs. The front strap is stamped with the Austrian police marking
“LGK Sb/0733” (representing “Landes Gendarmerie Kommando, Austrian state of Slazburg/weapon
number 0733”). Fitted with a pair of checkered walnut grips with red painted interiors. Includes two
magazines, both with matching Austrian Police “LGK Sb/0733”
marked floor-plates.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, retaining 90% slightly faded original blue
finish with some minor high-point wear, some minor spotting/brown patina
showing on the slide, frame, and mostly on the front grip strap, and some
light handling marks. The grips are fine with some minor handling marks in
the otherwise defined checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Excellent Pre-World War II Mauser “S/42”
Code “1937” Date Luger Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 1124s, 9 mm Luger cal., 4
inch round bbl., blue/straw finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1937.
Features blade front and notch rear sights, “1937” on the chamber, “S/42”
on the toggle link, drooped wing “eagle/63” proofs on the extension and barrel,
and “eagle” firing proofs on the barrel, extension, and breech block. With straw
finished small parts and niter blue springs, pins and screws. All visible serial
numbers match, along with matching “24” partials on small parts, including the interior of
both grip panels. With a blue finished magazine with “eagle/63” proofed alloy base
numbered to another pistol.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original blue finish and 90% plus original straw colors with
some minor holster pattern edge wear on the muzzle and frame, some thinning
with a few small patches of
freckling/pitting, and
otherwise limited minor
handling marks. The
grips are also excellent
with crisp checkering.
Mechanically excellent.
