Excellent Mauser Model 1930 Commercial Broomhandle Semi-Automatic Pistol with Highly Attractive Relief Carved Shoulder Stock and Case - Serial no.
894325, 7.63 mm Mauser auto cal., 5 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured c. 1932-1934. This is an excellent example of a Model 1930 commercial
Broomhandle Mauser pistol. This model was the last of the Broomhandle Mauser pistols before production stopped. Features a large reinforced barrel over the breech
area with two milled panels on each side of the frame and lacks the milling along the lower radiused edge of the upper receiver. The top of the chamber area is marked
“WAFFENFABRIK, MAUSER, OBERNDORF A/N”, the left side rear panel area has the “MAUSER” logo, and the right side is marked “WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF A.
NECKAR D.R.P.u.A.P. “ The tangent rear sight is graduated from 50-1,000 meters. Fitted with replacement high quality reproduction walnut grips.
Includes a shoulder/holster stock with highly attractive custom deep relief carved oriental style scenery of dragons on either side
and a temple on the rear. Also includes a modern canvas/leather wrapped fitted case. Import marked barrel extension.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 98% original blue finish, with a few light handling marks, and a few of the small parts showing
smooth brown surface patina. Replacement grips are also excellent. Mechanically excellent. Stock is fine as professionally
embellished, with a few small non-structural cracks around the attaching iron and at the bottom rear, a few light handling
marks, and distinct relief carving overall. Case is very fine.

Highly Attractive Engraved and Gold Inlaid Mauser C96 Broomhandle Semi-Automatic Pistol with
Relief Carved Shoulder Stock - Serial no. 366799, 7.63 mm Mauser auto cal., 5 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/
gold finish, plastic grips. Manufactured c. 1915-1921 and subsequently custom embellished by a very skilled
artisan. This is a highly attractive Mauser Broomhandle pistol features gold inlaid floral patterns throughout, with double headed bird motifs and
engraved clamshell pattern motifs on either side. The top of the chamber area is marked “WAFFENFABRIK, MAUSER, OBERNDORF A/N”, and the right side is marked
“WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A. NECKAR”. The tangent rear sight is graduated from 50-1,000 meters. Replacement reproduction plastic grips. Import marked
barrel extension. Includes a walnut holster/shoulder stock with exquisite custom relief carved floral patterns on punch dot background, with the matching number
“799” marked on the attaching iron.
CONDITION: Very fine as professionally custom embellished, retains 98% blue finish, 99% gold inlay, with a few light handling marks. Replacement grips are also very
fine. Mechanically excellent. Stock is fine as professionally embellished, with a few small non-structural hairline cracks at the bottom rear, a few light handling marks,
and crisp carving overall. This highly attractive embellished Mauser Broomhandle pistol would make a fine addition to any high end art or firearms collection!
