Parker Brother VH Grade Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 223719, 12 gauge, 30 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1927 and built with
blued steel barrels featuring a single bead sight on the matted concave solid rib which is marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. VULCAN. STEEL”, choke constrictions of
.027/.034 inches, and chambers measured 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a casehardened boxlock action which displays the standard Grade V zig-zag border engraving
with “Parker Bros.” on either side and features double triggers and a tang mounted automatic safety. The gun is fitted with a lightly figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend and a pistol grip stock with
factory grip cap, blank silver inscription shield, and Parker dog’s head buttplate. The above configuration is confirmed on page 556 of “Parker Gun Identification & Serialization” by Price and Fjestad. Stock measurements: 1
1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 5/8 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 3 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 95% original blue finish with much of the loss at the lower tang, 60% original case colors, a few marks and scratches, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved Lefever Arms Co. Grade E Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 45490, 12 gauge, 32 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured
in 1903 and built with blued Krupp steel barrels featuring a single bead sight on the matted flat solid rib, single band of engraving at the breech, choke constrictions of .028/.032 inches,
and chambers measured 2 3/4 inches with single extractor. The barrels are fitted to the casehardened action which displays attractive scroll engraving around a pointer on the left and a setter on the
right and features double triggers, cocking indicators, and an automatic tang safety. The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and a straight grip stock
with blank inscription oval and a Pachmayr recoil pad. Includes a leatherette sleeve. Stock measurements: 1 9/16 inch drop at comb; 2 1/2 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. 3 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% professionally reapplied blue on the barrels, 40% original case colors on the action, and light handling evidence. The wood is also very fine with a replacement recoil pad, numerous
scratches, a few dings, and crisp checkering on the wood. Mechanically excellent.

Rare Factory Engraved Hunter Arms Co./L. C. Smith Crown Grade Single Barrel Trap Shotgun - Serial no. S26703C, 12 gauge, 34 inch vent rib
bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1920 as one of just 88 made in this configuration according to page 120 of William Brophy’s “L. C. Smith Shotguns”. The
gun was built with a blued steel barrel featuring dual white bead sights on the matted vent rib which has a gold bar inlaid ahead of the chamber, “L. C. SMITH Crown TRAP” and “MADE TO ORDER BY
THE HUNTER ARMS Co. Inc. FULTON N.Y.” marked on the right and left at the chamber, wedges of scroll engraving at the breech, choke constriction of .025 inches, and a 2 3/4 inch chamber with ejector. The barrel
is fitted to the casehardened boxlock action which displays extensive floral scroll engraving surrounding a pair of setters on the left and a pair of pointers on the right in oval scenes as well as a gold inlaid crown on the
toplever. The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured wide Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings and a Monte-Carlo pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, checkered flats, hard rubber grip cap, and a Pachmayr recoil pad.
Stock measurements: 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 9/16 inch drop at heel; 14 9/16 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. 7 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 97% original blue finish with much of the loss on the lower tang, strong traces of the original case colors mostly in the protected areas, and light handling evidence. The re oiled wood is also very fine
with replaced recoil pad, a few scratches, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Scarce Factory Engraved Parker Brothers GHE Grade Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 241743, 12 gauge, 30
inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. This gun was completed as one of just 1,088 built in this combination of
gauge, grade, barrel length, and barrel steel (Parker Special and Remington Chrome-moly combined) with fewer having ejectors
according to page 279 of “The Parker Story” by Gunther, Mullins, Parker, Price, and Cote. The gun was built with blued barrels featuring a single bead
sight on the matted concave solid rib which is correctly unmarked, light engraving at the breech, chokes marked “MOD”/”FULL”, an “LJ” Remington date
code, and chambers marked 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a casehardened boxlock action displaying GH engraving consisting
of oval game bird scenes on the left, right, and underside surrounded by light scrollwork and line borders and featuring double triggers and a tang mounted automatic safety. The gun is fitted with an
attractively figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend with lightly engraved fittings and remarked serial number as well as a pistol grip stock with factory hard rubber grip cap, silver inscription shield
marked “C.J.H.”, and a checkered bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches
from the breech .730/.730 inches; choke constriction .015/.030 inches; minimum wall thickness .028/.029 inches; 1 3/4 inch drop at
comb; 2 13/16 inch drop at heel; 15 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 7 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine as professionally refurbished, retaining 98% original blue finish with an area of spotting on the right barrel,
98% case colors, some minor spotting on the action, a few minor handling marks, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend.
Mechanically excellent.

Grade 3E Double Barrel Shotgun with Factory
Record Sheet and Case - Serial no. 5213E, 20
gauge, 28 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Built with
blued Nitro steel barrels featuring a single white bead sight on the matted concave
solid rib which is marked “HUNTER ARMS. CO./FULTON, NEW YORK.”, light engraving at
the breech, and chambers measured 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The barrels are
fitted to the casehardened action which displays scroll engraving and oval game bird scene on either side as well as “L. C. SMITH” signatures.
The gun features a single Hunter One trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch. The gun is fitted with an attractively figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend with engraved fittings and ebony tip as well as a pistol
grip stock with a hard rubber grip cap and buttplate. The included Cody Museum record search confirms the current gauge, grade, barrel length, ejectors, and barrel steel when the gun was completed on June 9th, 1908. Also
includes a period wood and leather takedown case. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .616/.616 inches; choke constriction .025/.025 inches;
minimum wall thickness .035/.034 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/2 inch drop at heel; 12 15/16 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 2 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% professionally reapplied blue finish, 40% original case colors on the action with the balance a fine grey, and light handling evidence. The wood is shortened and re-oiled with a few light marks
and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The case is good with transit wear.

Price and Cote, only 1,088 Parker Bros. GHE shotguns were
