Tag - Manufactured circa 1920s,
this is an authentic Winchester
children’s wagon. “THE
WINCHESTER STORE” painted
in red letters on both sides of
the wagon. Wooden main body
with metal frame and wheels
with hard rubber outers. A
period hang tag is attached to
the handle that reads “-FROM-/
FRED H. TRIPP HARDWARE
CO./THE WINCHESTER STORE/
NORTH VERNON, IND./TO.”
CONDITION: Fine with light
overall wear, most of the paint
remains, and a non-structural
crack visible at the rear of
one of the floorboards. This
is a must have accessory for a
Winchester Collector!

Adolph “Ad” Topperwein
Exhibition Shooter Attributed
Uncle Sam Bullet Hole
Decorated Tin Sign - Adolf “Ad”
and Elizabeth “Plinky” Topperwein
were exhibition shooters active
as a team from 1904 to the 1940s
and served as official exhibition
shooters for Winchester. Their
regular closing act is said to have
been Ad shooting one of these
tin portraits, with both Native
American heads and Uncle Sam’s
heads being seen. It measures 28
x 20 1/8 inches. The design was
very precisely shot and is very
readable, especially compared to
some by other trick shooters.
CONDITION: Fine. An interesting
display piece to enhance
your collection!

Winchester Deluxe Skeet Model
42 Slide Action Shotgun with
Box - Serial no. 164791, 410 gauge,
28 inch vent rib bbl., blue finish,
highly figured walnut stock. Receiver
manufactured in 1965. Single bead sight on a Simmons vent rib, 3
inch chamber, “FULL” marked choke, Winchester “WP” proofs on barrel and receiver at the breech and “SKEET”
marked on the underside of the frame. Matching serial numbers on the receiver and takedown collar. Nicely figured select
walnut, double diamond checkered extension forearm and straight grip stock with checkered Winchester buttplate. Comes
with a “deluxe” ink stamped hanging tag, reproduction box with end label noting “SPECIAL DELUXE” grade, “IMPORTED
WALNUT”, full choke and serial number, “The 10 Commandments of Safety” pamphlet, warranty card and instructions.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine overall as professionally Simmons/upgraded to current configuration with 99% plus factory quality blue
finish remaining, limited handling evidence and crisp stock/forearm checkering. The box is fine showing minimal wear.

Excellent Winchester Model 12 Slide Action Shotgun with Ventilated Rib - Serial no.
1743487, 12 gauge, 30 inch vent rib bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1959 with dual bead sights on
the vent rib, standard barrel markings, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and choked full. Mounted with diamond pattern checkered
nicely figured walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with metal grip cap and solid Winchester recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 3/4
inches, drop at the heel is 2 5/16 inches, and drop at the comb is 1 1/2 inches.
CONDITION: Excellent with 98% original blue finish remaining, showing some mild cycling wear on the magazine tube and a couple very small dings on the
upper right rear of the receiver. The wood is very good with some minor gouges and dents along the bottom of the stock, as well as some minor dents and scratches on the right side. The
forearm shows only a few very minor handling marks, and overall the checkering is very crisp. The markings are sharp. Mechanically excellent.
