Island Arsenal Shipping Box - Serial no. SM3164, 22 LR cal., 5
inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1942,
near the start of U.S. involvement in World War II. The included
factory letter confirms the current configuration, grips not listed,
as well as sale to the U.S. government and shipment to Springfield Armory on 26 May 1942. The left
side of the slide is marked with the standard two-line address and patent dates, followed by the Rampant
Colt, and the right side has the standard Service Model Ace and caliber markings. The right side of the
frame has the serial number and “69” on the trigger guard. The left side of the frame has a double stamped
boxed “W.B.” inspection mark and “T/VP” on the trigger guard. The barrel is unmarked and has a polished
chamber. It is fitted with blade front and adjustable notch rear sights, short checkered trigger, checkered
arched mainspring housing, wide checkered hammer, long grip safety, checkered walnut grips, and a full blue
magazine with Colt Service Model Ace markings on the base. Includes a shipping box with Rock Island Arsenal
marked label, an extra magazine with Service Model Ace markings on the base, and a manual.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 98% plus of the professionally refinished blue finish with some very light edge
wear, mostly restricted to the leading edges of the slide, and very minimal handling evidence. The grips are excellent with a few very
light handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is good, with a partly absent label.

3/4 inch round bbl., parkerized finish, walnut grips.
Manufactured in 1943 with “U.S. PROPERTY” mark on
the right side of the frame. Matching number slide and
frame. Introduced as a commercial pistol, the 1903 was
adopted by the U.S. military after proving a commercial
success and became the standard sidearm for General
Officers during WWII and still issued into the
1970s. The included factory letter confirms
the current configuration (grips not listed) as
well as shipment to Springfield Armory on 30
January 1945. The replacement magazine is
for a .380 Colt Auto. The consignor states that this pistol was inherited from
Olive Maxwell, widow of Brigadier General Alfred Maxwell, who was appointed director of operations
of U.S. Strategic Air Forces in Europe in 1944. The serial number falls in the middle of known General Officer pistols with 569718 and 569726 both
identified. Includes a Kraft style box numbered to another pistol (569711), which is listed as issued to Brigadier General T. L. Hobin.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 99% plus of the arsenal refurbished parkerized finish with some scattered very light handling marks. The grips are also excellent with a few scattered light blemishes in the
otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with mild wear and a few tears.

Scarce Unopened United States Military Contract Overrun “TC” Prefix SIG Sauer
P320-M18 Semi-Automatic Pistol in Sealed Box - Serial no. TC521787, 9 mm
Luger cal., 3 3/4 inch round bbl., coyote PVD/black finish, plastic grips. Released
in 2020 and manufactured as a commercial version of SIG Sauer’s M18 carry-size
service pistol, adopted by the United States Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps by
2019 to replace the Beretta M9, M9A1, and Colt M45A1. Based off of the company’s
P320 line of striker fired pistols, the design was selected due to its modularity,
with a detachable and serialized fire control unit that allows grip modules to be
swapped for different sizes. Includes the original box, still factory tape sealed, with
matching end label marked “SIGP320M18”, dated “28-MAY-2024”, and with the detail
“M18,9MM, 3.9IN, M18, COYOTE, STRIKER, SIGLITE W/DP PRO PLATE, MOD POLY
GRIP, (1) 17RD (2) 21RD MAG”.
CONDITION: As sealed in factory box. Mechanically untested. The box is very fine.
