Over/Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. A10-000518, 12
gauge, 32 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock.
Built with blued monoblock steel barrels featuring a single red
bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, 3 inch
chambers with automatic ejectors, and interchangeable chokes
(improved cylinder/skeet 1 installed). The barrels are fitted to the coin finished sidelock action which displays
tasteful flourishes of scroll engraving and features gold lock pins, a single gold trigger, and a tang mounted
manual safety/selector. The gun is fitted with a beautiful feather crotch figured and multi-point checkered forend
with engraved forend iron as well as a full pistol grip stock with an adjustable comb and a leather wrapped recoil pad. Included is a factory aluminum takedown case, barrel weights, and three
extra choke tubes (modified, improved modified, and full). Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both .735/.733 inches; minimum wall thickness
.023/.026 inches; 1 3/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 14 3/4 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. 9 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with minor handling evidence, some loss of the gold wash on the action pins, slight color variations on the action, and sharp
checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent.

Over/Under Shotgun - Serial no. I-00518, 20 gauge, 30 inch vent rib bbl., blue/
casehardened finish, walnut stock. Built with blued steel
monoblock barrels featuring a single brass bead sight on the
matted vent rib, standard markings, interchangeable chokes
(improved cylinder/skeet 1 installed), and 3 inch chambers with
automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a casehardened
round body triggerplate action which features classic rose and scroll engraving surrounding “INVERNESS” in a
banner on the underside before continuing onto the toplever and triggerguard. The gun features a single trigger
and tang mounted manual safety/selector. The gun is fitted with a fantastic highly-figured and multi-point checkered
forend with engraved forend iron as well as a pistol grip stock with a red rubber recoil pad. Included are six extra choke tubes, two of each in modified, improved modified,
and full. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameters measured nine inches from the breeches .615/.614 inches; minimum wall thickness .035/.033 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/16
inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 14 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and casehardened finishes with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the sock and forend. Mechanically excellent.

Upgraded Engraved and Gold Inlaid Belgian Browning 20 Gauge
Superposed Shotgun - Serial no. 1374, 20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/bright/gold
finish, walnut stock. Originally manufactured in 1949 and subsequently upgraded to the current
configuration. The gun has blued Special Steel barrels featuring a single bead sight on the matted flat vent rib,
factory markings, light engraving and a gold band at the breech, chokes marked “$**”/”**”, and 2 3/4 inch chambers
with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the bright finished action which displays fine scroll engraving around a trio of nicely engraved gold bordered game scenes.
The scenes consist of a quail taking flight on the left, a woodcock in flight on the underside, and a mourning dove in flight on the right. The gun features a single gold trigger
and a tang mounted safety/selector with gold inlaid “O”, “U”, and “S” indicators. The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured and “Midas” pattern multi-point checkered forend with
engraved forend iron as well as a round knob pistol grip long tang stock with Browning buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch
length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 8 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine as professionally upgraded, retaining 99% reapplied blue finish, smooth bright finish, some minor handling evidence, and a few minor freckles of discoloration on the action. The wood is
oversized and proud of the metal; otherwise, the wood is very good with a small crack in the left of the forend, a few minor scratches, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
