Smith & Wesson Model 76 Submachine Gun,
Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun -
Serial no. U4688, 9 mm cal., 8 inch round bbl., matte gray finish, metal stock. Originally
developed in the late 1960s, the S&W Model 76 was designed to fill the niche of a lightweight
and compact 9mm SMG after the American special forces community was cut off from sources of
the Carl Gustaf M45 “Swedish K” SMG; the Swedish government, neutral in the Vietnam War, was
uncomfortable with their exports being used in the conflict. Fixed blade and peep sights on the
tubular receiver, with an ambidextrous “FULL”/”SEMI”/”SAFE” selector switch, checkered pistol grip
and a side folding buttstock with rubberized covering.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 97% plus original matte gray phosphate finish, showing mild handling
marks, a small amount of spotting on the muzzle, and some scuffs and scratches concentrated
on the grip. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully
transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives,
(BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

Ruger AC-556 Selective Fire Rifle,
Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun -
Serial no. 191-04611, 223 cal., 18 1/2 inch round bbl., stainless steel finish, hardwood stock. Marketed to law
enforcement and foreign military clients, the AC-556 is essentially a Mini-14 rifle configured as a factory original
selective fire machine gun. Features fixed blade front and adjustable peep rear sights, with a bird cage flash hider
and bayonet lug on the barrel. Standard markings on the receiver, with the safety lever set into the front of the
trigger guard and a three-position selector switch (semi/3-round burst/full) on the right side of the receiver heel.
The hardwood stock is fitted with a plastic upper handguard and buttplate. Includes an extra magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent, with bright original polished stainless finish, showing minor spotting on the front sight and
barrel, and light handling marks overall. The stock is fine, with a number of scuffs and scratches. Mechanically excellent. NOTE:
