Model 1906/34 Luger
Pistol with Matching
Numbered Magazine
and Holster - Serial no.
4321V, 9 mm Luger cal., 4
inch round bbl., blue finish,
walnut grips. This specific
Portuguese contract Luger is
one of approximately 50 Luger
pistols ordered in June 1937
that fall into the 4301v-4350v
serial number range. These
were some of the last Lugers to
be ordered and delivered to an
outside country by the Mauser
factory prior to World War II,
when all sales of military type
weapons were suspended based
on the need to equip the German
Army. It is correctly marked
“SEGURANCA” and “CARREGADA”
respectively on the safety area and
extractor, noted only on Portuguese
contract Lugers. It has the standard commercial
model “Mauser Banner” logo on the toggle with
a blank chamber area and fixed sights with military style serial number placement. All
visible serial numbered components are matching including the nickel plated magazine with matching
number “4321v” marked on the aluminum base, with unnumbered checkered walnut grips. “Crown/U” firing proof on the
left side of the barrel extension and breech block. Includes an unmarked reproduction Portuguese military pattern leather
holster containing a combination tool and cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% original blue finish with extensive dings and scattered very light pitting, with sharp
markings and edges in the metal overall. 75% original straw colors remain on small parts. Grips are very fine with some
light handling marks mostly concentrated on the left panel, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. A desirable early
Portuguese military contract Luger that is seldom encountered on the U.S. collectors market today.

Antique Mauser Model 1896 Cone
Hammer Broomhandle Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 9193, 7.63 mm Mauser cal.,
5 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood
grips. Manufactured circa 1897. Blade front
and 500 meter tangent rear sights, with the
top of the chamber marked “WAFFENFABRIK/
MAUSER/OBERNDORF A/N”, the left side is marked with a “crown/
crown/U” German test proof, and an Oberndorf antler proof on the right flat.
Matching numbers are present on the frame, hammer, bolt, follower, floorplate,
rear sight, takedown stud, and the ribbed grip panels.
CONDITION: Fine, with 60% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown
and gray patina, bright edge wear, mild spotting, and scattered scratches and
dings. The grips are very good, with some verdigris buildup and minor scratches.
Mechanically excellent.

FEG Frommer Model 1910
Semi-Automatic Pistol -
Serial no. 6810, 7.65 mm cal.,
4 inch round bbl., blue finish,
hardwood grips. The predecessor to the Frommer Stop Pistol, the Model
1910 uses a long recoil action, rarely seen in handguns, and a detachable
magazine. Fixed sights, with the Budapest address and Frommer patent
markings on the left side plate, serrated ring hammer, grip safety,
ribbed hardwood grips and a hardwood magazine base. Matching
numbers are present on the sideplate, takedown knob, and inside the
grip panels.
CONDITION: Fine, with 60% of the original blue finish, showing areas of
brown patina, small patches of shallow pitting on the left side of the frame
and sideplate, edge wear and handling marks. The grips are also fine, with
some dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Swiss Bern Model 1882 Military Double
Action Revolver with Stock - Serial no. P7616,
7.5mm cal., 4 1/2 inch octagon bbl., blue finish, hard
rubber grips. Used by the Swiss military from 1882 to
as late as 1950. This example is fitted with a set of earlier
hard rubber grip panels and is slotted for compatibility with
a stock holster. Fixed sights, with the “WF”, “+/V” and “+” markings
on the left side of the frame, matching serial numbers on the frame,
barrel, ejector rod, cylinder, hammer, and the inside of the sideplate, with
an additional repeated number “11414” inside the sideplate and on the underside
of the barrel. The included shoulder stock/holster is brown leather external construction, with a
rigid internal framework and a short, unmarked mounting iron at the tip, as well as a stitched-on
shoulder strap and no belt loops.
CONDITION: Fine, with 60% plus original finish, showing some areas of thinning to a brown and
gray patina, bright edge wear, and minor spotting and handling marks. The grips are very good,
with a few dings on the crisp checkering. The hammer falls a bit short of completely falling when
the trigger is pulled, otherwise mechanically very good. The holster is good, with scuffing and
crazing on the exterior, and some tearing of the shoulder strap.
