cal., 6 1/2 inch slab side
bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. Manufactured in 1943, the
included factory letter confirms this pistol’s configuration, including a six and a half inch long
barrel chambered for .22 caliber, blue finish, and type of grips not listed, when included in a
shipment of 525 pistols sent to the U.S. Navy Supply Depot in Norfolk, Virginia, on September
14, 1943. Features pinned blade front and adjustable target notch rear sights, the two-line Colt
address and patent number roll-marked on top of the barrel with “MATCH/bullseye/TARGET” on
the left side, The caliber designation and Rampant Colt roll-marked on the left of the slide, “THE
WOODSMAN” legend roll-marked on the left side of the frame along with a “ordnance wheel”
acceptance stamp, “G.H.D.” (Lt. Col. Guy H. Drewry) inspector initials stamped on the right side
of the frame, along with Colt “P” and “triangle/VP” factory proofs on the left side of the trigger
guard with “74” on the right side, and the serial number marked on the bottom-left of the grip
frame. Fitted with a pair of extended checkered brown plastic grips with imprinted Colt logos
and a two-tone blued magazine with proper “CAL.22/COLT” roll-mark on the base.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, retaining 80% original blue finish with some scattered minor
edge wear, some scattered minor patches of spotting/freckling, thinning on the grip straps with
mostly brown patina, some light handling wear, and clear roll-marks. The grips are very fine with
some minor handling wear in the mostly crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

1911 Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 545967,
45 ACP cal., 5 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in late 1918, it is
unclear when and where exactly this pistol shipped, as
its serial number falls into the range of non-consecutively
numbered shipments. The left of the slide is marked with the two-line,
two-block patent dates and address with the Rampant Colt behind the
serrations, while the right has the standard “MODEL OF 1911 U.S. ARMY”
marking. The left of the frame has the U.S. property marking and “eagle
head/S12” inspection mark and the serial number is on the right. The full
blued barrel is marked “P” on the bottom and with a conjoined “HP” on the
chamber hood. Fitted with blade
and notch sights, wide checkered
hammer, long smooth trigger,
short grip safety, diamond pattern
checkered walnut grips, and an
unmarked two-tone magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 80%
plus of the original blue finish with
the balance having thinned to mostly a smooth grey patina, primarily on the grip straps and
leading edges of the slide. The grips are also very fine with a few scattered light handling marks
and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Model 102 Supermatic Tournament Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 991475, 22 LR cal., 6 3/4 inch heavy round bbl., blue
finish, plastic grips. Manufactured in 1959, features fixed ramped blade front and
adjustable target notch rear sights, the two-line manufacturer’s address marked on the
right of the chamber with the caliber designation and High Standard “eagle/banner” logo
on the left side, the “HI-STANDARD” marking on the left of the
slide, a matching serial number and the “102” model designation
on the right side of the slide, the serial number on the right side
of the frame with an etched “293” inventory at the rear, along
with the model name and U.S. property marking on the left side
of the frame. Fitted with a pair of dark brown checkered plastic
grips with brass High Standard “eagle/banner” medallion inserts
and a nickel plated magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 80% plus original dull matte
blue finish with some scattered minor edge wear, some scattered minor patches of freckling and brown
patina, some light handling wear, and mostly crisp markings. The grips are also very fine with some minor
chipping at the bases and some light handling marks in the otherwise well-defined checkering. The
magazine is difficult to move past the release button, otherwise mechanically excellent.

Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 105445, 22 LR
cal., 4 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips.
Manufactured c. 1942-1943 in New Haven, Connecticut,
under contract for the U.S. Government. Features fixed
ramped blade front and square notch rear sights, the six-line manufacturer
address, patent marking, and caliber designation on the left of the chamber
with the U.S. property mark and “ordnance wheel” acceptance stamp on the right side, the two-line model
designation on the left of the slide, and the serial number on the front strap. Fitted with a pair of dark brown
checkered plastic grips with “HS” logos and a full-blued magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original bright blue finish with some light edge wear, some limited minor
thinning on the grip straps, some minor specs of freckling, a few scattered minor handling marks, and clear markings and stamps.
The grips are exceptionally fine with some light rub wear at the top end of the mostly crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

U.S. Remington-Rand/Colt Model 1911A1 National
Match Semi-Automatic Pistol with Accessories - Serial
no. 2154426, 45 ACP cal., 5 inch round bbl., parkerized finish,
walnut grips. Originally produced by Remington-Rand in
1945, this pistol was subsequently selected for upgrade to
a National Match competition-grade pistol by Springfield Armory and
fitted with a Colt slide. The left of the slide has the standard National Match part number
markings while the right has the Colt address. Serrated Patridge blade front sight and
adjustable Elliason rear sight, “7267718/NM” bushing, full blued barrel marked “.45 AUTO/
NM 7791414” and numbered to the gun on the chamber hood, and an “FJA” inspected frame with “SA”, “P”,
and “NM” stamps. Equipped with a long serrated adjustable trigger, serrated narrow hammer, checkered
front strap, arched serrated mainspring housing with lanyard loop, checkered walnut grips, and a full blue
magazine marked “S”. Includes a box/case with images of classical figures on the lid, four extra magazines
partially wrapped in arsenal type waxed paper, and a U.S. military Pistols and Revolvers manual hand marked
“A.A. Pettus - Competitor #/#0985” on the cover. A.A. Pettus could not
be identified at this time.
CONDITION: Very fine as arsenal upgraded to National Match
configuration, retains 98% plus of the parkerized finish with some
light edge/handling wear and some light tool marks on the trigger.
The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks.
Mechanically excellent. The box is very good and the accessories are
excellent with some mild wear.
