Factory Engraved Aguirre & Aranzabal (AYA) Hand Detachable Sidelock
Double Barrel Shotgun Two Barrel Set with Case - Serial no. 441273, 12 gauge,
26 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Built with blued steel
chopperlump barrels featuring a single bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib
marked with maker’s mark and a gold “1” in a flourish of scroll, 1974 dated Spanish
proof marks, choke constrictions of .010/.020 inches, and 2 3/4 inch chambers
with ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the hand detachable sidelock action which
displays near full coverage bouquet and scroll engraving and features bushed
firing pins, a single selective trigger, gold centerline cocking indicators, and a
tang mounted automatic safety with gold inlaid “SAFE”. The gun is fitted with an
attractively figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved iron and a
straight hand stock with teardrop carved drop points, blank gold inscription oval,
and a checkered bare butt. Includes a second matching set of 26 inch 12 gauge barrels with a gold
“2” on the rib and .024/.040 inch choke constrictions. Also includes a maker’s leather flat case and
the proofing certificates. Stock measurements: 1 9/16 inch drop at comb; 2 1/2 inch drop at heel; 14 9/16 inch
length of pull; cast-off; weight 6 lbs. 14 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and casehardened finishes with minor handling
evidence and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine, and the
extra barrel set is excellent.

Factory Relief Game Scene Engraved and Gold Inlaid Victor Sarasqueta Sidelock Double
Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 234945, 12 gauge, 27 3/4 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin/gold finish, walnut stock. Built with blued steel
chopperlump barrels featuring a single white bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib which is marked “VICTOR SARASQUETA S. A. EIBAR”
and with the logo also in gold, deep scroll engraving at either breech with a mallard on the left and a dove on the right, 1977 dated Spanish proof
marks, choke constrictions of .020/.037 inches, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are
fitted to the coin finished sidelock action which features impressive deep relief scroll engraving on the surrounding a
pair of dogs and a hare on the left, a pair of dogs on the underside, a pair of dogs with a quail on the right, and a single
dog on the trigger guard. The gun features bushed firing pins, a pierced toplever, double triggers, and a tang mounted
automatic safety with gold “S” indicator. The gun is fitted with a lightly figured and multi-point checkered forend with
engraved iron and a straight hand stock with carved drop points and a checkered bare butt. Stock measurements: 1
5/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 11 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue, casehardened, and gold finishes with minor handling evidence. The
wood is very fine with a few minor marks, a light scratch at the toe, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

103A Hand Detachable Sidelock Ejector Double
Barrel Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 27-03-088-01, 20 gauge, 28 inch
solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Built in 2001 with blued steel dovetail
lump barrels featuring a single bead sight on the raised matted concave rib, “ARMAS GARBI
SPAIN” and “WILLIAM LARKIN MOORE SCOTTSDALE, AZ. MOD. 103A”, marked on the right and left
respectively, single band of engraving at the breech, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The
barrels are fitted to the coin finished Holland & Holland type bar-action hand detachable sidelock action which
displays near full coverage bouquet and scroll engraving and features double triggers (articulated front), bushed firing pins, and a tang mounted manual safety with
gold inlaid “S”. The gun is fitted to a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend with engraved iron and a straight hand stock with teardrop carved
drop points and a rubber recoil pad. Includes a leather accented flat case. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both
proofed at 15.9 mm (.626 inches) and measured .622/.623 inches; choke constriction .008/.015 inches; minimum wall thickness .029/.029 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at
comb; 2 1/8 inch drop at heel; 14 3/16 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 5 lbs. 15 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with minor handling evidence. The wood is very fine with some scratches, slightly oversized recoil pad, and sharp checkering.
Mechanically excellent. The case is excellent.
