Excellent World War II U.S. Winchester M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine - Serial no. 5634539, 30 Carbine cal., 18 inch round bbl., parkerized/blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1944. Blade front and “S” marked Type I flip-up rear sight, undated Winchester “W” barrel, Type II barrel band, milled trigger guard marked “3” on the side, “EW” pushbutton safety, “W” magazine catch, “W” hammer, “W” operating rod and “W” blued finish flat top bolt. Low wood stock with “W” marked stock inlet and “W.R.A./G.H.D.” behind crossed cannons cartouche
on the right of the buttstock, and unmarked four-rivet handguard. Includes extra magazine, reproduction
“U.S.” marked canvas carry case, and reproduction “U.S.” marked double magazine pouch.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 98% original parkerized finish with light loss in the operating rod track,
95% original blue finish on the bolt, some scattered light freckling on the buttplate, and crisp markings
in the metal. Stock is also excellent with attractive original raised grain and rich oil finish, some light
handling marks, defined edges, and crisp stampings. Mechanically excellent.

U.S. Springfield M1D Garand Semi-Automatic
Sniper Rifle with M84 Scope - Serial no. 1148360, 30-06 Springfield cal., 24 inch round bbl., parkerized
finish, walnut stock. This Springfield Armory M1 Garand rifle was manufactured September 1941 and
subsequently arsenal modified to M1D configuration. The rifle is fitted with a standard blued M84 2.2 power telescopic
sight with post and cross-wire cross-hairs, sliding sun shield, and rubber eyepiece. The stock is fitted with a russet leather cheek-piece
stamped “MRT/1 52” on the right side. The rifle has the special M1D barrel with scope mounting block and marked “S-A-(punched illegible number)-52” on
the right of the chamber. “SA” marked trigger housing, “-12SA” bolt, “SA” operating rod, and T105 rear sight. The replacement glass bedded walnut stock is wearing a boxed
“SA/EMcF” (Earl MacFarland) inspection cartouche and crossed cannons cartouche stamped on the left wrist, and encircled “P” proof mark on the bottom of the pistol grip. The included telescopic sight has a plate on the right side marked “TELESCOPE/M84/SERIAL NO. 24803”. This rifle was probably overhauled and assembled to M1D configuration at an Army Ordnance Depot in the 1960s. The M1D was the standard Army sniper rifle from the mid-1950s until the late 1960s. M1D rifles remained in the inventories of some Army National Guard units and Special Forces groups until the early 1990s. Includes an M1907 brown leather sling.
CONDITION: Very fine as arsenal converted to M1D configuration, retains 90% arsenal parkerized finish with some light edge wear. The refurbished stock is fine as re-oiled, with some scattered scratches, some scuffs concentrated on the top of the handguard, and a nice mostly visible cartouche. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent, retains 95% original blue finish with a few very small patches of light surface pitting on the sliding sun shield, and clear optics. Included cheek piece and sling are both fine with some light wear.

World War II U.S. Remington Model 1903A4 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle with Weaver M73B1 Scope - Serial no. 3425351, 30-06 Springfield cal., 24 inch round bbl., parkerized finish, walnut stock. The original iron sights are properly absent, with a Remington “2-44” dated barrel, “R” marked bolt with properly turned and contoured handle, and the properly offset manufacturer, model and serial number markings on the receiver ring. The included Weaver M73B1 scope is numbered “30784” on the right side, and mounted on a parkerized Redfield scope base. Smooth pistol grip scant stock with an “RA-P” arsenal rebuild cartouche on the left side, filled-in recoil bolt holes, and smooth steel buttplate. CONDITION: Very fine as arsenal refurbished, retaining 98% plus parkerized finish with some light handling marks. Stock is also very fine plus with some light dents and scratches, some drag marks on the underside ahead of the rear barrel band, and defined edges. Mechanically excellent. Included scope is fine with a few spots of mild pitting towards the front of the tube, and crisp optics. Estimate: 2,250 - 3,250
