Rare Documented “SVA” Armory Technical
School Marked Norwegian Kongsberg Model
1914 Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 38, 11.25
mm cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood
grips. The Norwegian Kongsberg Model 1914 was
a slightly modified copy of the U.S. Model 1911
pistol used by the Norwegian Army. These pistols are
nearly identical to the Colt Model 1911. This Model 1914 features
a correct undated slide. The left side of the slide is marked with
the later model 1914 caliber, model, and two digit serial number
marking with “SVA” above. This pistol was manufactured by Skole
Og Verkstedavdelingen Army Ordinance Technical School as a
training exercise for their armorers in the 1950s using parts left over
in the factory inventory from the 1940s. It is one of fifty produced by SVA. Matching serial numbers found on the frame, slide, trigger, safety, barrel, slide stop, mainspring housing, and grip safety. Includes informational plaque, photograph of the Kongsberg factory, and a letter from Kjell Jonassen about using the photo in books. This pistol is listed by serial number in “Kongsberg-Colten” by Karl Egil Hanevik on page 148.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original blue finish with handling marks, and minor dings and scratches. Grips are very good with spots of softened checkering and reapplied black varnish. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,500

Desirable Swiss SIG Sauer P210-2 Semi- Automatic Pistol with Holster - Serial no. A114522, 9 mm para cal., 4 5/8 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. Manufactured c. 1950s with standard markings and features including checkered plastic grips and a “P” sold out of service marking on the left of the trigger guard. Includes a “1959” dated Hans Wirz leather holster with a very faintly hand marked name inside
the flap.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% plus of the original matte blue finish with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey patina, primarily on edges and high spots in the form of holster type wear.
The grips are also very fine with only the slightest handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with some extensive wear.

Pre-World War II Norwegian Kongsberg
Model 1914 Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial
no. 20211, 11.25 mm cal., 5 inch round bbl., phosphate finish, hardwood
grips. The Norwegian Kongsberg Model 1914 was a slightly modified copy
of the U.S. Model 1911 pistol used by the Norwegian army. This Model 1914
features a slide dated “1929” on the right side. The left side of the slide is marked with
the caliber, model, and serial number marking with the monogram of King Haakon and the
Kongsberg Crest. Inspection mark below the date and behind the rear sight. Matching serial
numbers found on slide, frame, trigger, hammer, safety, slide stop, mainspring housing, grip
safety, ejector, and magazine catch. Barrel numbered “.758”.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 95% plus original phosphate finish with handling marks, a few
dings, and high edge wear. The revarnished grips are very good with a few spots of softened checkering and a few dings. The slide lock/ does not reliably activate, otherwise mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,500
LOT 3329
Very Scarce and Outstanding “Kolibri” Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 39011.13, 2.7 mm cal., 1 1/4 inch slab side
bbl., blue finish, hard rubber grips. This is a stunning and
beautiful blue finish example of a rare Kolibri pistol. Designed by Friedrich
Pfannl of Austria, the Kolibri and its cartridge, the 2.7mm Kolibri, are
credited as the smallest centerfire pistol and centerfire cartridge to see
production, with the pistol easily fitting in the palm and measuring less
than 3 inches long. Manufactured with a notched groove sight on top of the slide, “FEU” and “SUR” safety markings, “FP” imprints on both grips, and “KREMSA/D” on the right grip panel.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks
and crisp checkering on the excellent grips. Mechanically excellent. One will look a long time to find a finer example of a Kolibri!

Finnish Valmet Lahti L-35
Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial
no. 6782, 9 mm cal., 4 5/8 inch round bbl., blue finish,
plastic grips. Fixed blade front and notch rear sights, standard
markings on top of the upper receiver, matching visible serial
numbers including the cocking piece, and checkered “VKT”
marked grips. With a brown leather lanyard.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 85% plus original blue finish, showing bright edge
wear, mild handing marks, and some thinning on the gripstraps. The grips are
excellent, with a few minor dings, and the lanyard shows mild wear.
Mechanically excellent.

Austrian Police Marked FN Browning Hi-Power Semi-Automatic
      Pistol with Holster Rig and Two Unit Marked Magazines - Serial no. 025, 9 mm cal., 4 5/8 inch round bbl., blue finish, checkered walnut grips. Made in Belgium after World War II, this pistol is marked as an Austrian Police contract handgun, specifically for the State Gendarmerie of the Carinthia region. Serrated blade front and fixed rear sights, with matching serial numbers on the barrel, slide and frame and standard slide markings. The frontstrap and the baseplates of both included magazines are marked “LGK K/0073”, and a pair of checkered grips are installed. One of the magazine bodies has been marked in red enamel on the sides, the other in white. Included with the pistol is a brown leather Austrian Police style holster with shoulder strap, and a plain shipping box.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 75% plus original blue finish, showing some bright
edge wear, light scratches concentrated on the top of the slide, and a mixed gray
and brown patina on the gripstraps. The grips are fine, with crisp checkering, some
dings and scratches. The holster shows some minor stains and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,600 - 2,500
