London Retailer Cased Early Production Three Digit Serial Number 341 Colt New Line .41 Spur Trigger Revolver - Serial no. 341, 41 CF cal., 2 1/4 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured in 1874, the faint standard Colt two-line address is marked on top of the barrel flanked by Maltese crosses and British proofs are visible on the bottom as well as on the cylinder. The right side of the frame is marked “38CAL C” as well as a partial “C” and Rampant Colt marking. The serial number is marked on the left of the grip frame, bottom of the barrel, and rear face of the cylinder. Includes an oak case with Cogswell & Harrison retailer label inside the lid, five Eley .410 cartridges, and an oiler.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% plus of the retailer applied blue finish and 90% plus of the vibrant original case colors with the balance having thinned to mostly a smooth grey patina. The grips are fine with some scattered light handling marks and retaining most of the varnish. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with some minor handling/storage marks scattered throughout. Outstanding Colt New Line .32 Etched Panel Spur Trigger Revolver - Serial no. 7867, 32 RF cal., 2 1/4 inch round bbl., nickel finish, rosewood grips. Manufactured in 1874, the standard Colt two-line address flanked by Maltese crosses on top of the barrel and the desirable “COLT NEW 32” etched panel on the left. The left side of the frame is marked “32CAL”. The full serial number is on the left side of the grip frame and bottom of the barrel, with “867” on the rear face of the cylinder. It is fitted with a pair of smooth rosewood grips. Includes a plain modern box labeled to match the gun.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 98% plus of the original nickel finish with a small patch of flaking/light pitting on the front edge of the cylinder and a crisp etched panel. The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Very Fine Colt Etched Panel New Line .30 Spur Trigger Revolver - Serial no. 4154, 30 RF cal., 2 1/4 inch round bbl., nickel finish, rosewood grips. Manufactured in 1875, the standard two-line Colt address on top of the barrel flanked by Maltese crosses and the desirable etched panel on the left marked “COLT NEW 30”. The caliber is marked on the upper right of the frame. The serial number is marked on the butt, bottom of the barrel, and rear face of the cylinder. It is fitted with smooth rosewood grips.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 90% plus of the original nickel finish with a few scattered patches of minor flaking and a mostly crisp etched panel. The grips are also very fine with some scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
