Excellent Colt New Line .22 Etched Panel Revolver with Exceptional Factory Box - Serial no. 36190, 22 RF cal., 2 1/4 inch slab sided bbl., nickel finish, rosewood grips. Manufactured 1876, the top of the barrel marked with the standard two-line Colt address, patent marking on the bottom, and the left of the barrel with the desirable etched panel marked “COLT NEW 22”. The left of the frame has the
caliber marking and the serial number is marked on the butt, with “6190” on the bottom of the
barrel and rear face of the cylinder. It is fitted with a pair of smooth rosewood grips with the full
serial number marked inside the right panel in pencil. Includes a scarce factory Colt box marked
for “COLT’S/New Seven Shot Revolver” and a plain modern box labeled to the gun.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 97% plus of the original nickel finish with some scattered patching
of light flaking, most noticeably near the muzzle and on the frame in front of the cylinder, and
the etched panel mostly crisp. The grips are also excellent with a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine with blued cleaning rod, some mild wear, primarily on edges and corners, and outstanding picture label.

Colt Open Top Pocket Spur Trigger Revolver -
Serial no. 25289, 22 RF cal., 2 3/8 inch round bbl., blue/silver finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1874, the standard two-line Colt address on top of the barrel flanked by Maltese crosses. The caliber marking is on the left of the frame. The matching serial number is marked on the butt, bottom of the barrel, and faintly in pencil inside each grip.
It is fitted with smooth walnut grips. Includes a plain modern box labeled to match the gun, an informational plaque, and a cloth holster. CONDITION: Very fine, retains 80% plus of the original blue finish with the balance thinned to a mostly plum-brown patina and some light surface pitting, and the traces of the original silver finish with the balance an attractively aged brass. The grips are excellent with a few scattered light handling marks and retaining most of the varnish. Mechanically excellent.

Exceptional Colt New Line .38 Etched Panel Spur Trigger
Revolver with Case - Serial no. 6072, 38 RF cal., 2 1/4 inch round
bbl., nickel finish, rosewood grips. Manufactured in 1877, the
standard two-line Colt address on top of the barrel, “COLT NEW 38”
in an etched panel on the left, and the patent date on the bottom.
The left of the frame is marked “38CAL”, and there are small British
proofs on the bottom of the barrel and cylinder. The matching serial number is on the left of the grip frame and bottom of the barrel, and “072” is on the rear face of the cylinder. It is fitted with smooth rosewood grips. Includes a leather wrapped hard case and five .38 RF cartridges. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, retains 95% plus of the unpolished, frosted, original nickel finish with some scattered patches of light frosting and a well-defined etched panel. The grips are very fine with some scattered light handling marks and retaining most of the varnish. Mechanically excellent. The case is very good with some mild wear.
