20 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut
stock. Manufactured on contract, the
Stevens Model 620 was a refinement of the Model 520. A
solid frame hammerless shotgun, the 620 was capable of
being taken down for transport as well as having slam fire capability, making it both easy to
move about as well as a vicious source of firepower. Adopted for the Army and Marine Corps for World War II, the 620
remained in service for Korea and Vietnam. A single brass bead sight is installed on the bayonet lug, with a six-hole heat shield, cylinder choke,
the three-line Chicopee Falls address on the right side of the barrel ahead of “P” above flaming bomb stamps and the gauge and 2 3/4 inch chamber markings on the
left. The “P” and flaming bomb are repeated on the left of the receiver, with “MODEL 620” and “U.S.” further to the back, and the serial number and “U/S” on the underside ahead of the
trigger guard. Fitted with a smooth round forearm, pistol grip stock and serrated plastic buttplate. 14 inch length of pull. Includes an olive drab green canvas sling, “1917” dated Remington M1917 bayonet and olive drab green painted leather scabbard with metal ends.
CONDITION: Fine, retains 60% original blue finish with smooth gray and brown patina on the balance, showing a few patches of light pitting on the bayonet lug and heat shield, some scattered light freckling, and sharp markings and edges in the metal. Wood is very good as lightly sanded and re-oiled, with some light handling marks and a small minor chip on top of the wrist behind the receiver. Replacement buttplate is slightly undersized. Mechanically excellent. Included bayonet and scabbard are both fine, with re-applied green paint on the scabbard. It looks like this trench shotgun saw combat!

Outstanding Documented U.S. Springfield M1D Garand Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle with M84 Scope, CMP Shipping Box and CMP Letter - Serial no. 3870858, 30-06 Springfield cal., 24 inch round bbl., parkerized finish, walnut stock. Originally manufactured in June of 1945 and subsequently arsenal upgraded to the M1D Sniper configuration. Rifles so converted were used as sniper weapons during Korea and the Vietnam War. Blade front and peep rear sights, “DRC” windage drum, “SA” bolt, trigger housing, safety and hammer, “S-A-9-52” marked barrel, and Winchester operating rod. Circled “P” proofmark on the stock wrist. Fitted with a Hart M2 cone flash hider, “MRT/1 52” marked leather cheekpiece, and M84 scope serial numbered “9692”, with a post-and-crosshair reticle, sliding sunshield and a rubber eyepiece. Includes a copy of a Civilian Marksmanship Program letter identifying this M1D rifle as sold out of inventory in December 1998. The included CMP shipping box contains a number of accessories still in their sealed packaging, including various cleaning tools, an olive drab green canvas sling, and an olive drab green canvas scope carrying case. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine as arsenal upgraded to M1D configuration, retains 99% parkerized finish with only light handling marks. Stock is very fine with a few light handling marks. Scope is excellent, retains 99% original blue finish on the tube with a few light handling marks and crisp clear optics. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500

Excellent World War II U.S. Quality Hardware M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine - Serial no. 4654242, 30 Carbine cal., 18 inch round bbl., parkerized/blue finish, walnut stock. “JQ” blade front sight, “S” and “GE-O” marked rear sight base with two-position flip sight, Underwood “11-43” barrel, “UI” Type I barrel band, “QU” sling swivel, “EM-Q” blue finished flat top bolt, “DA-Q” operating rod, detachable operating rod spring guide, “Q-NL” milled trigger housing, “LT-Q” hammer, unmarked push button safety, “LT-Q” magazine catch, “RMC” two-rivet handguard and high wood stock stamped “RMC” in the sling inlet and with a crossed cannons Ordnance cartouche on the right, and “IS” magazine. Includes a tan canvas sling and oiler.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% original parkerized finish with light cycling wear, some scattered patches of brown surface corrosion visible on the front half of the barrel, 98% original blue finish on the bolt, and sharp markings and edges in the metal overall. Refinished blue finish visible on the heel plate. Stock is also excellent with distinct edges, some scattered light scratches, and crisp stampings. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,750 - 4,250
