CONDITION: Very good displaying honest wear and use as expected for a jacket worn into combat aboard an identified B-24. Heavier wear and repairs appear on the cuffs and waist. The cuffs are replacements (possibly period). The artwork displays nicely. A very attractive A-2 jacket that will be a welcome addition to any aviation collection no matter how advanced.
Provenance: The Putnam Green/Sycamore Collection.
Estimate: 6,000 - 9,000
