R. Greco Signed Factory Engraved Belgian Browning Grade III .22 Auto Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 9T9558, 22 LR cal., 19 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/French grey finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1959. Features beaded blade front and single folding notch rear sights with the Browning address between them. The French grey receiver features the standard Grade III game scenes surrounded by floral scroll. The lower right side of the receiver is signed “R. GRECO” for FN engraver Reno Greco. Mounted in a nicely
    figured, multipoint skipline checkered walnut beavertail forend and pistol grip stock.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue and French grey finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Stock is very fine with
scattered dings and scratches as well as an absent barrel lock spring (plunger included), and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000

Factory Engraved Gino Cargnel Signed Belgian Browning Grade IV BAR Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 70571M70, 7 mm Rem Magnum cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue/French grey finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1970. The barrel is fitted with hooded beaded blade front and folding leaf rear sights as well as standard maker and caliber markings. The French grey receiver shows fine interwoven scroll engraving on the sides, trigger guard and floor plate, and sides have game scenes of two elk and two moose on

the right and left respectively. The work is signed on the lower rear left side “Gino C.” for FN engraver Gino Cargnel. Mounted in a nicely figured
checkered stock with carved scroll accents and string of pearl borders around the checkered panels and a plastic Browning recoil pad.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% plus original blue and 95% original French grey finishes with some handling marks, patches of discoloration on the receiver, a couple light surface scratches on the stock near the recoil pad, and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,000 - 3,500

Factory Engraved J. Bague Signed Belgian Browning Grade IV BAR Semi-Automatic Rifle with Scope - Serial no. 437RR02528, 270 Win cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue/French grey finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1977. The barrel is fitted with hooded beaded blade front and folding leaf rear sights as well as standard maker and caliber markings. The French grey receiver shows fine interwoven scroll engraving on the sides, trigger guard and floor plate, and sides have game scenes of two prong horn antelope and two deer on the right and left respectively. The work is signed on the lower rear left side “J. BAGUE”. A Leupold 3-9x scope is mounted atop the receiver. Mounted in a
nicely figured checkered stock with carved scroll accents and string of pearl borders around the checkered panels, and a plastic Browning buttplate.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and French grey finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving and stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very fine with clear optics and a crisp reticle. Estimate: 2,250 - 3,250

1961. Fitted with beaded blade front and folding rear sights. The French grey receiver displays standard Grade II engraving. Mounted in a nicely figured, multipoint checkered walnut stock and beavertail forend. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue and 97% original French grey finishes with some light handling marks, scattered spots of discoloration on the receiver, and crisp engraving. Wood is very fine with a few short stress lines at the lower tang, crazing near the buttplate, a few minor handling marks, and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,750
LOT 3607 Belgian Browning Medallion Grade High Power Bolt Action Rifle with Scope - Serial no. 60814L70, 30-06 cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1970. The barrel lacks provisions for a sight and has a wedge of floral scroll engraving extending from either side of the chamber. The action is engraved with the same floral scroll engraving and is simply marked on the right side with the serial number as well as having a rams head engraved on the floorplate. A Bushnell Scopechief IV 3-9x scope is mounted atop the action. Fitted in a straight grain walnut stock with skip line checkering, contrasting forend tip and grip cap, and Monte Carlo cheekpiece. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, crisp engraving, and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics and a crisp reticle. Estimate: 1,400 - 2,250
