CONDITION: Extremely fine. The revolver retains 85% plus original, bright, high polish blue finish and displays crisp markings and cylinder scenes and fairly minimal age and storage related wear overall. The grip is very fine and has attractive
grain, and minor handling and storage marks. The action is tight and functions fine. The case is very fine and has very nice lining with minor fading and contact wear, an added lid escutcheon, attractive figure, and light scratches and dings. The accessories are also very fine and retain the vast majority of their original finish, including the second, matching serialized cylinder which retains 90% original blue finish. This is an incredible cased set with a beautiful Colt Paterson No. 2 Belt Model revolver that comes from three of the most notable collections.
