Factory Game Scene Engraved Krieghoff Model K32 Over/
Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 987, 12 gauge, 30 inch vent
rib bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Blued Bohler Laufstahl barrels with dual bead sights on the matted flat vent rib, standard Krieghoff markings on the left of the upper barrel, chokes marked improved modified/full, 1961 dated German proofs on the flats, and chambers measured 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The blued action displays exceptional near full coverage broad leafy scroll engraving over a matted background bordering game bird scenes on either side. The scene on the left depicts a trio of pheasant roosters in a semi-wooded area with one in flight, and the right scene shows a trio of mallards taking flight off of a pond. The scrollwork extends to the top tang and the triggerguard and surrounds a “KRIEGHOFF/MODEL 32” banner on the underside of the action. The name “R. G. COX” has been marked on the triggerguard possibly for the engraver or for a previous owner. The gun features
a single selective trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch. Lightly figured, multi-point skip-line checkered forend with faint “R.G. COX” on the release latch and engraved shoe and pistol grip Monte Carlo stock with black grip cap and brown rubber recoil pad. Includes a leather bound takedown case and period advertisements and price lists. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both measure .730 inches; choke constriction .036/.041 inches; minimum wall thickness .043/.039 inches; 1 5/8 inch drop at comb; 2 5/16 inch drop at heel; 14 15/16 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. 5 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 98% original blue finish with a few areas showing minor thinning and minor handling evidence. There is a chip at the front of the pistol grip; otherwise, the wood is very fine with a few light marks and sharp checkering. The case is very good. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved Krieghoff K-20 Sporting Over/Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 100795, 20 gauge, 30 inch vent rib
bbl., blue/nickel finish, walnut stock. Blued Bohler Laufstahl barrels with dual bead sights on the matted vent rib, 1999 dated German proof marks (2009 on the action), interchangeable choke tubes (0/0 installed), and 3 inch chambers with
automatic ejectors. The bright nickel finished action displays factory “Suhl Scroll” pattern engraving consisting
of beautifully executed floral scroll engraving with lovely use of negative space around a central diamond
of scroll on the left, right, and underside. The scroll extends to the triggerguard, top latch, toplever, and
upper tang. The gun features a single selective adjustable trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch.
Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with scroll engraved fittings and pistol grip
stock with Pachmayr White-Line rubber recoil pad. Includes a factory aluminum takedown case and three
extra chokes (1+, 2, and 3). Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech
proofed at 15.8mm (.622 inches) and measured .621/.620 inches; minimum wall thickness .044/.049 inches; 1
1/4 inch drop at comb; 1 3/8 inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and nickel finishes with minor handling evidence, a
few minor scratches in the stock, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent.
