CONDITION: Fine, retains 60% plus of the bright
original high polish blue finish and 40% of the
original case colors on the hammer and trigger
guard with the balance either a grey patina or
patches of brown freckling, all typical of a high
condition, military issued, frontier used arm. The
grips are very fine with some scattered minor
handling marks and the cartouches remaining
incredibly crisp. Mechanically excellent. The
accessories are all very good showing some
moderate wear and age-related cracking,
typical of military use on the frontier. This
rare Second Model Schofield revolver
remains in incredible, unaltered, military
issued condition and includes a correct,
complete holster rig!
