Early Les Baer Custom 1911 Ultimate
Tactical Carry Semi-Automatic Pistol -
Serial no. EMR00026, 45 ACP cal., 5 inch
round bbl., blue finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured c. 1991-2008 in
Hillsdale, Illinois, before the company moved to Le Claire, Iowa. Features
Tritium insert blade front and Novak pattern notch rear sights, blued
barrel marked “BAER 45 MATCH” on the polished chamber hood, slated
serrations at the front and rear of the slide with the caliber marking on
the left side along with “T.N.P.E.T.W.” and Baer Custom mark on the right side, the two-line
Hillsdale address on the right of the frame above the “EMR” prefix two-digit serial number
“00026”, along with a checkered front strap, serrated long adjustable trigger, checkered slide
catch, elongated thumb safety, skeletonized hammer, extended beavertail grip safety, and a
flat checkered mainspring housing. Fitted with a pair of double diamond pattern checkered
grips with panel scenes of an elk in front of mountains on both sides. Includes a letter signed by Cynthia
Schwarzkopf, on Schwarzkopf Family letterhead, certifying this pistol by serial number as being the former
property of her father, General H. Norman Schwarzkopf.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish with some light cycling wear on the barrel,
limited minor handling evidence, along with crisp markings and checkering. Mechanically excellent.

with gold plated floor plate. Includes a glass windowed hardwood presentation case fitted to the pistol with
an April 21, 1993, dated plaque inscribed “PRESENTED TO: (four stars)/GENERAL H. NORMAL SCHWARZKOPF/IN
HONOR OF ‘DESERT STORM’” from Shooting Sports Inc. chairman of the board Michael R. Spielvogel, J.D., Creigh
A. Bogart, Magnum Research Inc., Checkmate Refinishing, and Florida Engraving Inc. Also includes a letter signed
by Cynthia Schwarzkopf, on Schwarzkopf Family letterhead, certifying this pistol by serial number as being the
former property of her father, General H. Norman Schwarzkopf.
CONDITION: Excellent overall as presentation embellished for General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, retaining 99%
gold plating with bright stainless surfaces, limited minor handling evidence, and clear markings. Mechanically
excellent. The case is exceptionally fine with limited minor storage wear.

Revolver Inscribed to General H. Norman Schwarzkopf -
Serial no. D4STAR, 454 Casull cal., 6 inch octagon bbl., stainless
finish, polymer grips. Manufactured after 1991 for then retired
American General H. Norman Schwarzkopf. This revolver
bears standard markings in addition to “GENERAL H. NORMAN
SCHWARZKOPF/U.S. ARMY, RETIRED”
on the right barrel flat, four stars in two
instances on the cylinder for the general’s rank, special serial number, and
the U.S. Army insignia at the top of the back strap. The revolver features a
ramped blade front sight, adjustable rear sight, and black polymer grips.
Includes a letter signed by Cynthia Schwarzkopf, on Schwarzkopf Family
letterhead, certifying this revolver by serial number as being the former
property of her father, General H. Norman Schwarzkopf.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, with minor handling evidence and a few
scratches on the grips. Mechanically excellent.

a limited edition of 10. Features fixed
red-dot blade front and notch rear
sights, the caliber designation and
Beretta logo flush gold inlaid on top
of the barrel with “General Norman
Schwarzkopf” in cursive script on
the left side, a one-line flush gold
inlaid Beretta address with floral gold
bordering, the model and caliber designations along with an import mark flush
gold inlaid with floral bordering on the right side of the slide, “3/10” gold inlaid on the left of the slide, and the
serial number on the left of the frame. The frame, slide and barrel are finished in a high polish satin with gold
plated takedown lever, trigger, slide catch, magazine release, safety levers, and hammer. Fitted with a pair of
synthetic grips with pearl panels, featuring a scrimshawed eagle head and “3/10” on the left panel and script
“PB” lettering on the right panel, along with a blued magazine with gold plated base. Includes a hardwood
case, inscribed to U.S. Army General H. Norman Schwarzkopf (Ret.) on the brass lid plaque and marked “To My
Good Friend Norman/From/Ugo Gussalli Beretta” on an interior plaque, with fitted blue felt interior and an extra
magazine with gold plated base. Also includes a letter signed by Cynthia Schwarzkopf, on Schwarzkopf Family
letterhead, certifying this pistol by serial number as being the former property of her father,
General H. Norman Schwarzkopf.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original satin finish and gold plating with limited minor handling
evidence, crisp gold inlays, and detailed scrimshaw on the pear grips. Mechanically excellent. The case is excellent
with some minor storage wear.
