CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% plus of the original blue finish,
70% plus of the vivid original case colors, 70% of the original nitre
blue on the loading gate, and 60% of the original gold on the small
parts with the balance mostly a smooth grey patina, some scattered
light handling marks, and crisp engraving. The wood is fine with
a discreet repair at the toe, some scattered minor dings, and crisp
checkering. Mechanically excellent. An attractively configured,
special order, factory engraved, deluxe Marlin Model 1893 rifle!
