Fleming/Dyer/Heckler & Koch MP5K Sear/Host Combo, Class III/NFA
-A) Fleming Firearms Auto Sear, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. H1289, 9 mm , gray finish. Sear is individually numbered, and installed in a shelf-pattern trigger housing in safe/semi/auto configuration.
CONDITION: Very fine, with light handling marks. Mechanically in fine order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
B) Heckler & Koch/T. Dyer MP5K Host Gun - Serial no. 21-26742, 9 mm cal., 5
inch round bbl., matte black finish, plastic grips. Originally manufactured in 1993 (most likely as a SP89 pistol), this Heckler & Koch was converted by T. Dyer into a host gun in emulation of the MP5K submachine gun. An extra-short machine pistol variant of the MP5, the MP5K provides strong firepower in a compact package, and
is associated with bodyguards and clandestine operators. Hooded post front and four-position open notch drum rear sights, clamp-on Midwest Industries picatinny rail, Trijicon MRO dot sight, model and date markings on top of the receiver. The “T. DYER” address has been added to the right side under the trigger housing, with the sear number added to the left. Receiver is “shelf” pattern, with a functional paddle magazine release, synthetic trigger housing with cosmetic pin and “S/E/F” markings, and a plastic endcap with a sling swivel. The bolt is marked “ID 422”, and the bolt carrier has been professionally modified to engage the sear.
A black nylon sling is included.
CONDITION: Very fine as reconfigured, with 98% plus factory quality matte black finish, showing some light handling marks. The furniture is in equal condition. The hammer releases a bit early on the “F” setting, otherwise mechanically very good. Estimate: 35,000 - 50,000
