Stemple Model 76/45 Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 904, 45 ACP cal., 7 inch round bbl., matte grey finish, metal stock. Manufactured by John Stemple of Ohio in emulation of the M45 “Swedish K” submachine gun. Features fixed winged post front and winged peep rear sights, ventilated barrel shroud, Stemple address and model markings on the right side of the magazine well, and the address repeated on the right rear of the receiver tube. A pair of smooth walnut grip panels are installed, with a left-side folding wire stock with rubberized cover.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 90% plus original matte grey finish with scattered light handling marks and faint spotting on the receiver. The wood grips are very good with contrasting color and mild dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

MK Arms MK760 Submachine Gun, Class III/NFA Transferable Machine Gun with Case and Extra Magazines - Serial no. C0465, 9 mm parabellum cal., 8 inch round bbl., matte grey phosphate finish, metal stock. Originally manufactured by Smith & Wesson as the Model 76, which in turn was designed to fill the same niche as the Gustaf M/45 “Swedish K” SMG, the MK Arms MK760 is a lightweight and agile weapon for close quarters
fighting and, in the initial S&W incarnation, was a go-to weapon for the American special warfare community
in Vietnam. Brought to market in 1983, the passage of the 1986 Firearm Owners Protection Act killed both
the 760 and MK Arms in general, resulting in a very limited window of transferable production. Protected
post front and notch rear sights, with the MK Arms markings on the magazine well, a combination barrel nut and ventilated heat shield, ambidextrous “SAFE”/”SEMI”/”FULL” selector, and a checkered pistol grip. A left-folding buttstock with rubberized covering is installed. Included with the lot is
