Blued barrel with red front and steel mid bead sights on the matted solid rib, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and choke marked modified. “WP” proofs on the left side of chamber and receiver. Nicely figured, multi-point
checkered forend and pistol grip stock with factory metal grip cap and checkered plastic buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/8 inch drop at heel; 14 1/8 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 5 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus original blue finish with minimal handling marks and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,750 - 4,250

E993498, 12 gauge, 21 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1950. Blued steel barrel with a single steel bead front sight, standard markings, chamber marked 2 3/4 inches, and choke marked cylinder. Factory “WP” proofs are stamped on the barrel and receiver at the breech.
Mounted with a walnut 14 groove slide handle and pistol grip buttstock with Winchester buttplate. Includes the original matching number Winchester box. Stock measurements: 1 11/16 inch drop at the comb;
2 5/16 inch drop at the heel; 13 13/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 9 oz. CONDITION: Excellent plus, near new in box, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited slide retraction marks visible. Mechanically excellent. Box is very fine with some storage and handling marks and a tear on a long side of the lid. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000

Exceptional Illinois State Police Marked Winchester Model 12 Slide Action Riot Shotgun - Serial no. 1737568, 12 gauge, 20 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1957. Single steel bead sight on the blued barrel, circled Winchester “WP” proofs, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and choke marked cylinder. Straight grain 14-groove forend and pistol grip stock stamped “ILL. STATE POLICE” on the right side. 13 17/16 inch length of pull.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original blue with a few minor handling marks, and slide retraction marks on the
magazine tube. Stock is very fine with a couple patches of wear through the finish on the grip area and a chip in the slide handle. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,250 - 3,500
LOT 1639 Very Fine Winchester Model 42 Slide Action Shotgun - Serial no. 163176, 410 gauge, 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1962. Single steel bead sight, standard barrel markings, and matching Winchester “WP” proofs on the barrel and receiver. Fitted with walnut pistol grip stock and ribbed extension forearm with Winchester checkered buttplate. Chamber marked 3 inches, choke marked full, length of pull 13 7/8 inches. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 90% plus of the original blue finish with minor wear consistent with disassembly and light use. The reoiled buttstock is fine and numerous scuff marks visible on the forearm. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,300 - 1,900

CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with some slide retraction marks and otherwise limited handling evidence. Wood is very fine with a few barely noticeable chips at the frame. Box is fine with taped corners. Estimate: 2,500 - 4,000
