Single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, 1987 dated Italian proofs, and chokes marked improved cylinder/modified. Coin finished action with floral scroll engraving surrounding game scenes on both sideplates. “Bottega C. Giorlanelli” signed to the right of the trigger. Highly figured checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with blank brass inscription oval and black rubber Beretta buttpad. Straight grain, multi-point checkered walnut forearm with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with initial escutcheon and ventilated factory recoil pad. Includes two extra barrels, one 28 gauge with 2 3/4 inch chambers, a 410 bore with 2 1/2 inch chambers as well as a takedown case and cleaning tools. The stainless action displays scroll engraving and features a single selective trigger and tang mounted manual safety. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with Deeley style release and pistol grip stock with adjustable recoil pad. Includes three sets of Briley full length sub gauge inserts, one of each in 20 gauge, 28 gauge, and .410 bore. Also included are the installation tools, two extra choke tubes for all of the included gauges 12-.410 bore, and a Briley takedown case that houses the whole set. Stock measurements: 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/8 inch drop at heel; 14 5/8 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 8 lbs. 7 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% plus original blue on the barrels and some staining/discoloration on the action, stress line at the upper tang, some minor handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the wood. The case and accessories are very fine. Mechanically excellent.
