marks. The niter blue components are also very fine, with a few areas of brown/copper patina, and an indentation in the right side of the hammer. Grip is fine, with scuffs and

Excellent World War II Era Factory Engraved Walther Model 9 Semi-Automatic Pocket Pistol - Serial
no. 601789, 6.35 mm auto cal., 2 inch round bbl., blue finish, hard rubber grips. Manufactured from 1921 to 1944, with
this example displaying exceptional factory relief engraving.
The full deluxe engraving covers 70% of the metal surfaces, with oak leaf and punch dot pattern on the slide and frame. Similar pistols of
the era were often used as presentation gifts for high ranking German officials. The left side of the slide is marked “Walther’s Patent Mod. 9” above the Walther banner, and the right has the Walther address marking. Commercial “Crown/N” proof stamped on the right side of the frame. Fitted with a set of checkered hard rubber grips featuring a blue and gold Walther monogram medallion on the left panel and “6.35” medallion on the right panel.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus bright original blue finish with minimal minor spotting/pitting and limited handling marks.

Engraved and Gold Plated World War II Walther PPK Semi- Automatic Pistol with Two Matching Magazines and Case - Serial no. 426402K, 7.65 mm auto cal., 3 1/4 inch round bbl., gold finish, plastic grips. Manufactured late in World War II, this pistol was subsequently custom engraved and has a gold plated slide, frame, barrel and triggerguard with niter blue small parts, and shows high quality leafy scroll engraving on most of the surface. “Eagle/N” proofs are present on the slide and muzzle, with matching external serial numbers and the standard commercial markings on the slide. Fitted with a checkered black plastic Walther wraparound grip and two flat base magazines, both of which have matching engraving on the baseplate and are numbered “426402K/1” and “426402K/2”.
