Model P226 Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Box

cal., 4 1/4 inch round bbl., nitron/
black finish, plastic grips. Based off of the design of the SIG 220 pistol with the addition of double-stack magazines, the P226 competed against Beretta’s 92FS pistol design during the XM9 Service Pistol Trails but ultimately lost out in favor of the latter. amongst military and law enforcement circles around the world since its introduction in 1985. This specific example showcases that fact with a Swiss Neuchatel City Police crest laser etched into the op of the slide, indicating Swiss police use. Features dovetailed and tritium lamped front and rear
sights, along with matching “U 652 943” serial numbers and “eagle/n” proofs on the slide, frame, and barrel. The slide has an import mark under the rail flats near the muzzle.
