Rare and Desirable French MAS FR F2 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle
with Scrome J8F1 Scope and Accessories - Serial no. F.01224,
7.62x51mm NATO (308) cal., 24 inch round bbl., parkerized finish, birch
stock. Introduced in 1986 chambered for the 7.62x51 mm NATO cartridge, replacing the
older F1 sniper rifle chambered in 7.5 mm French but still utilizing the MAS-36 pattern bolt
action footprint. The FR F2 series continued to stay in active French military service until
August 2018 when phased out for a variant of FN’s SCAR-H platform. So far, only a small number have entered the U.S. market thanks to the efforts of Navy Arms Co. Features fixed pot front and notch rear sight molded into the free floating black polymer forend, barrel mount folding and swiveling metal bipod,
long birdcage style flash hider, SVT-40 style lever safety behind the trigger, push-lever magazine release mounted to the right side of the receiver, “F.R. F2 - 7,62.N” marked on the left of the receiver with the manufacturer’s initials and serial number, along with an import
mark behind the magazine well. Topped off with a Scrome J8F1 8x (serial number No 2454) on a throw-lever mount numbered to
a different rifle, and fitted with a ribbed birch pistol grip and buttstock with interchangeable length of pull and cheek height. Includes a matching Scrome J8 hard case with rubber eye piece, sun shade, and extra adjustment turrets; green polymer scope carry case, extra magazine, two hardwood buttstock inserts, dual cell nylon magazine
pouch, extra polymer cheek piece, web sling, plastic oiler, pull-through, multi tool, and manual.
CONDITION: Very fine as a surplussed French military sniper rifle, retaining 85% plus original parkerized finish with light edge wear, minor spotting/freckling, some brown patina, and otherwise mild handling wear for a formerly issued rifle. The furniture is also very fine with light handling marks on the polymer forend and buttstock, with the
rubber section of the buttpad reattached with glue and rubber seal near the muzzle torn. Mechanically excellent. The scope is very fine with scattered light scrapes and handling marks, but otherwise clear optics and crisp reticle. Included accessories are also very fine. Estimate: 9,000 - 14,000

Remington Model 700 Bolt Action Rifle with U.S. Optics Scope - Serial no. RR58572B, 308 Win
cal., 20 inch fluted bbl., camouflage finish, synthetic stock. Custom built with a muzzle brake on the
heavy fluted Krieger barrel. The action is fitted with a U.S. Optics 3.2-17x scope and a cosine indicator. The barrel and action have been over sprayed
with a green, tan, and brown camouflage. The stock is fitted with a padded forend rest, detachable MDT 10-round magazine bottom, and cheek rest
with carry pouch. Includes a consignor round count sheet listing 648 rounds total, a elevation dial cap, and a generic hard case.
CONDITION: Very fine as refinished with some chips and wear in the applied camouflage finish, some light handling marks, and some high edge wear on the stock. Mechanically excellent. Optics clear, reticle crisp.

LOT 545 Scarce Documented USMC J. Unertl MST-100 10x Sniper Rifle Scope with CMP Certificate - , black/spray paint finish. Manufactured by the Unertl Optic Company as a 10x USMC 7.62x51 mm NATO calibrated optic, issued for use on top of M40A1 to M40A3 pattern bolt action sniper rifles. The left side of the adjustment body is marked “USMC SNIPER” with the serial number “1380” underneath. The elevation knob is graduated from 100 to 1,000 yards. Fitted with a pair of Badger ordnance scope rings each marked with the serial number “0287,” with the front ring fitted with a SIMRAD night vision attachment point. The scope body and rings are spray painted in a desert tan/green scheme with green duct tape on both objective bells to seal focus and parallax adjustment from sand. Includes a matching Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) Certificate of Authenticity dated February 19, 2021. CONDITION: Very fine as a USMC issued and used J. Unertl sniper scope, retaining 85% plus original black finish underneath the wearing and chipping camouflage spray paint, with light edge/high point wear. Optics are clear with crisp reticle.
