Galazan Over/Under Shotguns with Case -A) A. Galazan Shotgun - Serial no. G155, 12 gauge, 30 inch solid rib bbl.,
blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Galazan guns by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company are arguably the
top fine arms made in the United States and are absolutely gorgeous pieces beautifully melding form and function through
exceptional American craftsmanship and use of some of the world’s finest engravers. This trio is a wonderful example of the
incredible work that is being done at C.S.M.C. and would be at home in any collection of fine arms. Each gun in the trio was

“3” at the base, “A.GALAZAN” and “CONNECTICUT SHOTGUN MFG. CO./NB. CT. USA” marked in gold on the left and right of the upper
tube, some light scroll engraving around the breech, Briley thin wall choke tubes (improved cylinder/modified installed), and 3 inch chambers
with automatic ejectors. The barrels of each gun are mated to a richly case colored sidelock action which displays exceptionally well cut English style bouquet and scroll engraving surrounding gold inlaid “GALAZAN” banners on either lockplate before flowing onto the toplever which bears a gold “1”, “2”, or “3”, triggerguard, and both tangs with the lower showing the serial number inlaid in gold. All three guns are signed on the triggerplate to the right of the triggerguard “Barbara M.” for Master Engraver Barbara Marek. The guns all feature a nitre blue single non-selective trigger with length of pull adjustment and a tang mounted automatic safety with a gold inlaid “SAFE” indicator. All three guns are mounted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved blued fittings, Deeley style release, and Boss style extended shoe with a gold inlaid “1”, “2”, or “3” as well as a pistol grip stock with a engraved blue steel grip cap, gold inscription oval marked “RWB”, and blued and engraved heel and toe plates around the checkered bare butt. Included is a wood and leather takedown case that houses the “A” and “B”, a canvas cover, nine extra choke tubes, snap caps, and cleaning tools.
