World War II German Walther “ac/45” Code K43 Semi-Automatic Sniper
Rifle with ZF4 Scope - Serial no. 1506d, 7.92 mm cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, laminate stock.
Manufactured by Walther (ac) on a rough forged receiver marked “K43 ac/45” on the left. Blade front sight and military
tangent rear sight graduated from 100-1200. The rough forged and machined bolt carrier has a hollow cocking handle
on the left and bolt catch on the right. Matching numbers are stamped on the receiver, bolt carrier, and bolt, with
matching electro-penciled number on the right locking block. A “ddx” ZF4 scope is installed on the right side of the
receiver, with “43335” and a blue triangle on the body, leather lens caps, and a cast and milled scope mount marked
“E7 (lion) 47”, “2635” and “CZ” on the right side, with “Volne” (loose) and “Pevne” (tight) marks on the tension arm. Fitted
with a smooth pistol grip laminated stock with faint waffenamt stamps and a brown leather sling.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 70% of the original blue finish, showing a plum tone to the barrel, areas of brown and gray
patina, and mild spotting and handling marks overall. The stock is fine, with mild dents, scuffs, and a recluiued crack in
the forend ahead of the magazine well. Scope shows mild wear on the exterior, with clear optics.
Mechanically excellent.

Exceptional World War II German Model 98 Mauser Bolt Action
Single Claw Sniper Rifle - Serial no. 4942e, 7.92 mm cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish,
laminated stock. Manufactured during World War II, this rifle was produced as a “single claw” pattern sniper rifle. While
on paper these sniper patterns were rendered obsolete by the introduction of the turret and rail pattern mounts, claw mount snipers were still used by
the Germans during the war. Blade front and tangent rear sights, with a set of left-offset single claw mounts soldered and screwed to the receiver, the former
numbered to match the barrel and covering the manufacturer’s markings and proofs. Matching numbers are present on the barrel, front barrel band (double
struck, original factory error), rear barrel band, rear sight, floorplate, and bolt, which has a turned handle and a trimmed down safety to clear the scope. The
smooth stock is matching numbered inside the stock channel (hidden), with a checkered steel buttplate. Includes a leather sling.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus original blue finish, showing areas of brown and gray patina, mild spotting and scattered handling marks. The stock is also
excellent, with minor scattered dings, and the buttplate is bright with mild spotting and areas of brown patina. Mechanically excellent
