Excellent Winchester Model 62A Slide Action Rifle
with Original Box - Serial no. 370296, 22 S L LR cal., 23
inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured
in 1955, the Model 62 was designed to replace the
Model 1890 and 1906. The breech bolt mechanism
was changed bringing about the designation 62A
to later production rifles such as this. This example is
outstanding and in its original box with the standard markings. It is fitted with a beaded blade front and
elevation adjustable notch rear sight. It is mounted with a 17-groove slide handle and straight grip stock with
a checkered hard rubber buttplate. Includes the original box with correct label faintly hand numbered to
match the gun.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retains 98% plus of the original finish with some very light cycling wear and
only the slightest handling marks on the wood. Mechanically excellent. The box is fair with some mild
handling/storage wear.

Winchester Model 90 Slide Action Gallery Rifle with Special Order Full Nickel Finish - Serial
no. 742745, 22 RF Short cal., 24 inch octagon bbl., nickel finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1930.
Beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear notch sights, tenth style barrel inscription, Winchester “WP” proofs on the
barrel and receiver at the breech, Third Model receiver with exposed locking lugs, full nickel plated finish including the small
parts and buttplate, gallery triangular cut loading port in the magazine tube, standard markings on the upper tang, and matching numbers
on the lower tang and receiver. 12 groove slide handle and plain straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.
CONDITION: Fine with 75% original bright nickel finish remaining, areas of high point and edge wear, and patches of dark spotting and pitting. The wood is also
fine with scattered small dings, some minor finish loss, and pitting along the buttplate
edges. Mechanically excellent.

cal., 23 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock.
Manufactured in 1955, the Model 62 was designed
to replace the Model 1890 and 1906. The breech
bolt mechanism was changed bringing about the
designation 62A to later production rifles such as this. This example is near new and in its original box with the
standard markings. It is fitted with a beaded blade front and elevation adjustable notch rear sight. It is mounted
with a 17-groove slide handle and straight grip stock with a checkered hard rubber buttplate. Includes the
original box with correct label torn and faintly hand numbered to match the gun.
CONDITION: Near new in box, retaining 98% plus of the original finish with a bright spot on trigger guard,
cycling wear, slight handling evidence overall. Mechanically untested as not assembled. The box is good with a
few torn, crudely retaped corners and moderate wear.

Very Fine Winchester Model 61 Slide Action Rifle with Box - Serial no. 129763, 22 S L L R cal., 24 inch
round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1950. Beaded blade front and Winchester 32B elevation
adjustable rear notch sights, second style barrel inscription, Winchester “WP” proofs on barrel and receiver at
the breech, matching numbers on the receiver and trigger guard assembly, serrated hammer catch, and smooth
trigger. 17 groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered blue steel buttplate. Includes correct
model factory box (partial end label with partially legible serial number).
CONDITION: Very fine with 90% original blue overall. The wood is very fine with some small dings, bruises,
and visible oxidation on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with corner and edge wear, as
mentioned partial label, and storage wear.
