Issued SIG Sauer M17 Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Box - Serial
no. TF003092, 9 mm para cal., 4 3/4
inch round bbl., coyote brown finish,
polymer grips. Per the included certificate, this pistol was part
of the initial deployment of the U.S. M17 MHS Pistol in American
service. A variant of the SIG 320 modular pistol, the M17 integrates
an ambidextrous thumb safety to the modular fire control unit, with
illuminated night sights, optics mounting point on the slide, “+P”
weight recoil spring, and coyote brown metal and polymer finish. The
grip unit is marked size “S”. The shipping box is a numbered match to
the pistol and identifies it as “UDM17-9-SURPLUS”, extra recoil spring,
and contains two extra magazines, cable lock, and papers.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% plus of the original coyote brown
finish with some light edge wear and scattered light handling marks overall, consistent with
field use. Mechanically excellent. The box is excellent with minimal handling/storage evidence.

“M9” Marked Beretta Model 92FS Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Case - Serial no.
BER049894Z, 9 mm Luger cal., 5 inch round bbl.,
anodized/black finish, plastic grips. One of just 217 Model 92FS pistols
manufactured by Beretta with “M9” model markings at the request of
competitors of the U.S. Army Reserve Marksmanship Shooting Team.
These pistols were marked and made in every way similar to the U.S.
military issued M9, while still within the regular Model 92FS commercial
serial range, and made available for sale to the civilian market. With the
U.S. Army controlling the “M9” pistol designation, the branch initially
allowed Beretta to manufacture the special run of pistols, until the decision
was reversed
and future
production of
further “M9”
marked Model
92FS pistols
restricted. Features fixed what dot front and notch rear sights, “U.S. 9mm M9-P.BERETTA-65490” with
ovaled “PB” marked on the left of the slide, and “ASST 9346442-65490” along with a laser engraved “P M”
inspector mark on the right of the slide. The left side of the frame bears the commercial “BER” prefix and “Z”
suffix serial number, with “U.S. 9mm M9-P.BERETTA-65490” repeated on the right of the frame along with
“shield/P” on the trigger guard. Fitted with a pair of black checkered “P. BERETTA” logoed plastic grips and
magazine with extension. Includes a December 20, 1995, dated Beretta U.S.A. Corp. letter which confirms
the pistols configuration and markings as made for the U.S. Army Reserve Marksmanship Shooting Team
and blue Beretta plastic case fitted to the pistol.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 95% original anodized and black finishes with light edge wear on the safety levers and backstrap, some minor cycling wear on the plum barrel, and scattered minor handling marks. The grips are
very fine with defined checkering and ill fitting grip screws on the right panel. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine.

According to the included documentation, only 217 of the Beretta
M9 pistols were produced at the request of the competition shooters
on the U.S. Army Reserve Marksmanship Shooting Team.
