Weapon Specialties/Beretta AR70 Selective Fire Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully
Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. M32673, 223 cal., 18 inch round bbl., matte black
finish, synthetic stock. Manufactured by Beretta in 1984 and imported by Berben Arms as
a Model 70 Sport semi-automatic rifle, this item was converted to selective fire operation by
Weapons Specialties of Phoenix, Arizona. Adjustable post front and two leaf
rear sights, with a combination flash hider and spigot grenade launcher on the
threaded barrel, ribbed and ventilated forearm, ribbed pistol grip and a fixed
buttstock. Standard markings are present on the receiver, with “AM” (1984) date
codes on the barrel and lower receiver, and the left side of the upper receiver
having the Weapons Specialties address under the forearm. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded to full automatic, with 98% of the factory
quality black finish, showing minor handling marks and a few scuffs on the
furniture. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act
(NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18
U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

Scarce Fabrique Nationale German Issue G1 FAL Selective Fire Rifle,
Class III/NFA “SALES SAMPLE” Machine Gun - Serial no. 30948C, 7.62
mm cal., 19 inch round bbl., black finish, hardwood stock. Designed and
manufactured in Belgium, the G1 rifle was in use with the German border
guard and army in the 1950s and 1960s prior to the adoption of the HK
G3 rifle. Adjustable post front and peep rear sights, with a slip-on flash
hider/bayonet lug installed on the muzzle, ribbed and ventilated steel
handguard, plastic pistol grip and hardwood buttstock. The right side of
the metric pattern receiver is marked with the one-line FN address, with
the German pattern nomenclature on the opposite side and matching
numbers on the bolt and bolt carrier. A folding bipod is mounted on the
barrel. Includes three extra magazines, a black canvas sling, an extra flash hider, and manual.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% of the original black finish, showing light handling marks and spotting overall. The furniture is also excellent, with
minor scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a restricted, National Firearms Act (NFA) Class 3, Fully Automatic Weapon,
that is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR
part 479, National Firearms Act. This weapon is currently registered as being “LIMITED TO USE AS A SALES SAMPLE (Pre-86)” and as such can only be
purchased by an FFL with a Class 2 or Class 3 SOT License, restriction under 18 U.S.C 922(o) Law Enforcement use for demonstration, sales samples
purposes only.
