Factory Engraved Beretta 20 Gauge 686 Silver Pigeon I Over/Under
Shotgun with Case and Box - Serial no. F66810X, 20 gauge, 28 inch vent rib
bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Built with blued steel barrels featuring a
single bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, 2022 dated Italian proofs, interchangeable
chokes (modified/full installed), and 3 inch chambers with ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a coin
finished action which displays scroll engraving and features a single gold trigger and a tang mounted
manual safety/selector. The gun is fitted with a lightly figured and multi-point checkered forend
and pistol grip stock with factory rubber recoil pad. Includes a factory takedown case, original plain
cardboard factory box, and three extra chokes (cylinder, improved cylinder, and improved modified).
Stock measurements: 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/16 inch drop at heel; 14 7/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 5 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes, protective tape over the barrels, and sharp checkering on the wood. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good.

Factory Engraved Holland & Holland Regulated 28 Gauge British Boxlock Double Barrel Shotgun - Serial no. 24622, 28
gauge, 28 1/4 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Built by a Birmingham maker (likely Webley & Scott) and
upon near completion the gun was sent to Holland & Holland for final finishing and regulation to be retailed by them. The gun is built with blued steel
barrels featuring a single bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib which is marked “SHOT & REGULATED BY, HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98 NEW BOND STREET,
LONDON.”, original Birmingham nitro proof marks as well as later overstamped proof marks on the flats, flourish of scroll engraving at the breech, and chambers
measured 2 1/2 inches with ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a dainty casehardened boxlock action which displays attractive scroll engraving which continues onto the
toplever, triggerguard, and both tangs. The gun features double triggers and a tang mounted automatic safety switch with gold inlaid “S” indicator. The gun is fitted with an attractively figured and multi-point checkered
splinter forend with engraved fittings as well as a straight grip stock with carved drop points, blank inscription oval, and a serrated bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech
both proofed at “29” (.543 inches) and measured .552/.553 inches; choke constriction .001/.018 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 13/16 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 5 lbs. 6 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 95% original blue finish, 80% original case colors, and some light handling evidence. The
freshened wood shows a few scratches, some evidence of sanding, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Signed and Engraved Gebruder Merkel Model 2001
EL Over/Under Shotgun with Box and Case - Serial no. 021331,
12 gauge, 30 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Built
with blued Krupp steel barrels featuring dual bead sights on the matted vent rib
which is marked “2001 EL Spt. 12 GA”, standard markings, 2003 dated German
proof marks, choke constrictions of .001/.008 inches, and 3 inch chambers with
automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the coin finished boxlock action which
displays scroll engraving surrounding a fox set to flush a pair of pheasants on the
left and a trio of mallards taking flight on the right. The gun is signed “G.Richter”
on the left of the action, though the label on the included original factory box lists
the engraver as a Hans Ulrich Sorg. The gun features bushed firing pins, a single selective trigger, and a tang mounted manual safety. The gun features a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered
three-piece forend with engraved fittings as well as a pistol grip stock with black grip cap and factory buttplate. Included along with the box is a factory wood and leather takedown case with shipping box. Stock measurements: 1
1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/2 inch drop at heel; 14 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 2 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, minor handling evidence, some dried grease on the action, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. The box is very fine and
the case is excellent.

no. 01018PR938, 20 gauge, 26 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock.
Manufactured in 1987 and built with blued Special Steel barrels with a single bead
sight on the smooth concave solid rib which shows a flourish of scroll at the base,
bands of engraving at the breech, chokes marked “**-”/”**” (improved cylinder/
modified), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a coin
finished sidelock action which displays attractive floral scroll engraving surrounding “BROWNING”
on the underside before extending to the triggerguard and toplever. The gun features double triggers and a tang mounted automatic safety. The gun is fitted with an attractively figured and multi-point checkered forend with
engraved fittings and a straight grip stock with blank silver inscription oval and a checkered bare butt. Included is the original factory box and a browning leatherette takedown case. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore
diameter nine inches from the breech .622/.621 inches; choke constriction .007/.015 inches; minimum wall thickness .039/.041 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 5/16 inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 2 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the stock. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good. The case is excellent.
