Model 19-4 Double Action Revolver -
Serial no. 52K6374, 357 Magnum cal., 4 inch solid rib
bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1978-
1979. Fitted with serrated ramped blade front sight
and fully adjustable rear sight, as well as a set of S&W
medallion walnut grips. The barrel, cylinder, and frame displays 75% coverage
floral scroll engraving on a punchdot background.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, a faint cylinder
drag line, and crisp engraving. Grips are very fine with some chips in the varnish. Mechanically excellent.

First Year Production Smith & Wesson .357 Combat Magnum Pre-Model 19 Double Action Revolver
with Box and Factory Letter - Serial no. K261989, 357 magnum cal., 4 inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. The included factory letter lists this 1st year production revolver as having a 4 inch barrel, ramp front
sight, blue finish, and checkered walnut target grips when shipped to Evaluators Ltd. in Quantico, Virginia,
as part of a 50 gun shipment on September 14, 1956. Evaluators Ltd. was the gun store owned by General
George Van Orden and his wife Flora Van Orden and was known for their strenuous inspection of every
item that crossed through their doors, as well as being the name sake of the famous Winchester “Van Orden
Sniper” Model 70 configuration. Includes S&W blue box marked for a K-22 Masterpiece along with a Combat
Magnum end label and numbered to the gun on the underside, a then-in stock factory labeled box original to
this very revolver.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 98% plus original blue finish with light handling marks a cylinder drag
line and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with some fading.

from 1946 to 1960 and this
is one of just 196 target
variations S&W produced,
per Supica and Nahas on
page 128 of “The Standard
Catalog of Smith & Wesson.” Matching serial numbers appear on the butt, right grip panel, cylinder, and barrel.
Includes the original factory blue box.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus original blue finish with minor handling evidence, a noticeable
cylinder drag line, and sharp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good. This is a great chance to
acquire a scarce post-war Smith & Wesson .32 Regulation Police Target Revolver in high condition accompanied by its
original box.

Revolver with Case and Factory Letter
- Serial no. S130904, 44 Magnum cal., 6 1/2
inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, Goncalo Alves grips. The included factory letter lists this 5-screw revolver as
shipping with a 6 1/2 inch barrel, red ramp front sight, red outline rear sight, target hammer and trigger, blue
finish, and checkered Goncalo Alves target grips in a shipment of 13 revolvers to Dave Cook Sporting Goods
Co. in Denver, Colorado on July 3, 1956. The revolver is fitted with a rare Patridge blade gold bead front sight.
Includes a blue S&W .44 Magnum case.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with some light handling marks, a light
cylinder drag line, and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with wear on the exterior
and a tear of the interior lining.

Revolver with Factory Letter - Serial no.
S85506, 45 ACP cal., 6 1/2 inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. The accompanying factory letter lists this early production
revolver as a target model shipped on January 21, 1952, and
delivered to Firearms International, Washington, D.C. Matching numbers on
butt, cylinder, and ejector shroud.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and
casehardened finishes showing a cylinder line, few minor handling marks, and crisp
grip checkering overall with one minor chip. Mechanically excellent.
