Excellent Pre-World War II Colt Ace Semi-Automatic Pistol
with Holster - Serial no. 7554, 22 LR cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. Manufactured in 1937. The left side of the slide is marked with the two-line Colt
address and patent markings and Rampant Colt behind the serrations. The right side
of the slide has the standard markings including “ACE” within a diamond. The left side
of the trigger guard is marked “X/VP”, the right “38”, and the serial number is on the right
of the frame. Fitted with blade and adjustable notch sights, short checkered trigger, wide
checkered hammer, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, fully checkered
grips, and a two-tone magazine with Ace markings on the base. Includes a brown leather
George Lawrence Co. “27L” and “45/A” marked holster with white lace trim.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 90% plus of the bright original blue finish with the balance a
smooth grey patina, primarily on the grip strap and on leading edges in the form of holster type wear. The grips
are very fine with a flat spot of checkering on the top of the right panel and a few scattered light blemishes in the
overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with mild wear.

Exceptional Pre-World War II Colt Government Model
Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. C134330, 45 ACP cal., 5
inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1923,
this is an excellent example of a pre-World War II commercial Colt Government
Model pistol. The left side of the matching number slide has the two-line address/
patent dates and the right side has the caliber marking followed by a Rampant Colt.
The left of the trigger guard is marked “1/VP” and the right is marked “22”. The right
side of the frame has the Government Model marking over the serial number. It has
the “old model” features including the long smooth trigger, wide checkered hammer,
non-dished frame, and straight smooth mainspring housing with a lanyard loop. Fitted
with checkered diamond pattern grips and an unmarked two-tone magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 95% of the original blue finish with the grip straps a
smooth grey patina. The leading edges of the slide show bright wear. The grips are also excellent with a few
scattered minor dings and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Excellent Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Box - Serial no. 357599,
25 ACP cal., 2 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened
finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1926.
Features non-snag subdued fixed blade front and
notch rear sights in a slide groove, two-line Colt
address and patent dates roll-marked on the left
side of the slide with Rampant Colt behind the
serrations, the caliber designation on the right
of the slide, the serial number on the left of the
frame, along with a case colored trigger, thumb
safety, and grip safety. The left of the trigger guard
is marked with “1” over “triangle/VP”, with “25” on
the right side of the trigger guard and a matching
serial number visible on the underside of the slide.
Fitted with a pair of checkered walnut grips with silver
Colt medallion inserts and a correct two-tone blued
magazine marked “CAL.25/COLT” on the base. Includes
a Colt “black” box with re-numbered to match “357599”
serial number written on the underside in pencil and
appropriate end label, containing a bore brush.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 95% plus original blue
finish and 97% plus original case colors with some minor edge wear, some dried grease, a few light handling
marks, and crisp roll-marks. The grips are exceptionally fine with some minor patina on the medallions and
fittings, along with some minor handling marks in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The
box is fine with lightly frayed edges and a separating lid.

32 ACP cal., 3 13/16 inch round
bbl., blue finish, hard rubber grips.
Manufactured in 1923, features fixed
oval blade front and rounded notch
rear sights, an unmarked blued barrel
with polished chamber hood, two-
line Colt address and patent dates
on the left of the slide with Rampant
Colt behind the serrations, and
caliber designation on the right side.
Matching serial number “429/583”
marked on the interior of the slide.
The left of the frame bears the serial
number, with “R” and “triangle/VP”
marked on the left and “34” marked on the right of the
trigger guard. Fitted with a pair of Colt banner and
Rampant Colt marked checkered hard rubber grips and
a two-tone blued magazine marked “CAL.32/COLT” on
the base. Includes the original Colt maroon box with
matching blue end label and serial number written in
pencil on the underside.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 95% original blue finish with some limited minor edge wear, some limited thinning
with grey patina on the bottom edge of the backstrap, and limited minor handling marks. The grips are very fine
with crisp logos, defined checkering, and a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine.
