Ruger AC-556 Selective Fire Rifle, Class III/
NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial
no. 191-05788, 223 cal., 12 1/2 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, metal/hardwood stock. Marketed to
law enforcement and foreign military clients, the
AC-556 is essentially a Mini-14 rifle configured as a
factory original selective fire machine gun. Features
fixed blade front and adjustable peep rear sights,
with a bird cage flash hider on the barrel without
a bayonet lug. Standard markings on the receiver,
with the safety lever set into the front of the
trigger guard and a three-position selector switch
(semi/3-round burst/full) on the right side of the
receiver heel. The hardwood stock is fitted with a
plastic upper handguard and pistol grip, and a side
folding steel buttstock. Includes a black nylon sling.
Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Excellent, 95% plus original blue
finish, with minor cycling wear visible around the
ejector port and light handling marks overall. The stock is also excellent, with some scuffs
and dings. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully
transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

Very Early Production Springfield
Armory Inc. M1A Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. 000908, 7.62 mm (308 Win) cal., 22
inch round bbl., parkerized finish, birch stock. This is a very early three digit example of a commercial, fully automatic M1A
rifle manufactured by Springfield Armory Inc. in Geneseo, Illinois c. mid-1970s. This example is a copy of the original U.S.
Government M14 rifle as used during Vietnam. The receiver marked “U.S. RIFLE/7.62-mm-M1A/SPRINGFIELD ARMORY/000908”. It
is currently fitted with GI marked parts as follows, an “HRA” marked 1963 dated GI standard weight chrome lined barrel, an “HRT” marked M14 bolt assembly, “HRA” marked trigger housing
and HRA Op-rod, with the balance Springfield Armory (Inc) commercial parts. The side of the receiver has the correct fully automatic selector components installed. It has a standard front
and rear sight set. It is currently fitted in a GI type M14E2 hardwood stock with a perforated brown plastic handguard (making it a SAW, “Squad Automatic Weapon”). The stock does not
carry any proof marks; however, it is the same configuration as the GI model with the front folding foregrip, hinged buttplate with the heavy buttpad. Includes a GI type M2 folding bipod,
and a GI type green web sling. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Very fine with 98% of the parkerized finish overall, edge and high spot wear with minor bolt cycling wear. The stock and handguard are both excellent with only minor
handling marks on the sides. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
