Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. SP324115, 5.56 mm
cal., 20 inch round bbl., matte black phosphate finish, synthetic stock. Originally
manufactured by Colt as a semi-automatic rifle, this item has been upgraded to selective fire operation by Fleming Firearms. Post front
and two-leaf windage adjustable rear sights, with an A2 flash hider on the “C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7” marked HBAR profile barrel, ribbed
round handguard with an aftermarket plastic Picatinny rail secured to the underside, low-profile deflector and round button forward assist
on the “CH” marked upper receiver. The lower receiver has the standard markings on the left side, with Fleming’s address concealed by the pistol grip, unfenced
magazine catch button, three position selector switch with “SAFE” and “FIRE” markings (full auto position unmarked but functional), checkered pistol grip and
a fixed buttstock with checkered trapdoor buttplate. Internally, a pin-hinged auto sear and appropriate hammer/trigger components have been installed, with
some milling out of the trigger pocket to match, with a “C” marked full auto pattern bolt carrier and “MPC” marked bolt head. Magazine absent.
CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded to full automatic operation with 95% plus original matte black phosphate finish, showing minor scuffs and wear overall, as
well as some tool marks around the bolt catch. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is
registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

Auto-Ordnance Model 1928 Thompson
Submachine Gun, “A” Serial Range, Class III/NFA C&R Fully Transferable
Machine Gun - Serial no. 2892A, 45 ACP cal., 10 1/2 inch fluted bbl., blue finish,
hardwood stock. Manufactured in the 1970s/1980s as part of the “A” suffix serial range, the
Auto-Ordnance 1928 Thompson is virtually a perfect reproduction of the vintage Tommy Gun.
One of the signature weapons of U.S. history, the Thompson was one of the great “heavy metal”
submachine guns, operating semi or full automatic on an open bolt, fully machined with fine hardwood
furniture; the later sheet metal guns may have had them beat for cost effectiveness but not for style. Blade front and
folding ladder peep rear sight, with the signature Thompson-marked Cutts Compensator and cooling fins on the barrel,
straight forearm, rear pistol grip, and a quick-detach buttstock. The trigger group is fitted with a set of selector and safety
switches, and the receiver has the Auto-Ordnance patent info on the right and military-style nomenclature on the left. The
magazine slot is configured for drum magazines and stick magazines. Internals follow the general 1928 pattern, with an “S”
marked bolt, Blish Lock, and charging handle.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus original blue finish, showing scattered minor scratches and handling marks overall.
The forearm and pistol grip are excellent with minor dings and scratches, and the buttstock is good with cracking around the
mounting iron, some rust on the buttplate, and scattered scratches. The sides and bottom of the bolt have been heavily polished. The
disconnector is inconsistent in operation and fails to consistently reset, otherwise mechanically fine. NOTE: This weapon is a National
Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE)
that is classified as a “Curios or Relic” as defined in 27 CFR, 478.11. These weapons are still subject to the provisions of 18 U.S.C.
Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
