Fantastic Factory Giustacchini Signed and Engraved Beretta 28 Gauge
Giubileo II Sideplated Boxlock Double Barrel Shotgun with Case - Serial no.
S10616A, 28 gauge, 28 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Blued
Excelsior steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted flat solid rib,
2006 dated Italian proofs, standard markings, 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic
ejectors, and interchangeable chokes (modified/modified installed). The coin
finished sideplated boxlock action displays exceptionally fine near full coverage
scrolling sunflower designs over a beautifully contrasting matted background
surrounding a Beretta banner on the underside. The engraving also includes a
mirrored set of mallard and pheasant busts on the frame ahead of the sideplate.
The engraving extends to both tangs, the pierced toplever, and the trigger guard,
which shows off a highly attractive sunflower starburst design. The gun features a
single trigger, rolled right hand trigger guard, and tang mounted safety/selector
switch. The triggerplate is signed “Giustacchini 06”, with a cat design incorporated
into the “G”. Highly figured exhibition quality multi-point checkered forend with
engraved fittings, including the Anson button release, and straight grip stock with
checkered wood buttplate.

Beretta letter of authenticity
confirms the model and
caliber as well as a completion
date of December 10, 2007.
Also includes leather bound
trunk style takedown case. Stock
and barrel measurements (R/L): bore
diameter nine inches from the bore both
proved 13.9mm (.547 inches) and measured .584/.549
inches; 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 5/16 inch drop at heel; 14 7/16 inch length of
pull; weight 6 lbs. 1 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with only minor
handling evidence. The wood is very fine with some scattered light dings, scratches,
and sharp checkering. The case is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
